Ordered and paid €1.447,85 in December 2024.
More than six months later ( today 07.07.25), I still haven’t received the scooter. I was repeatedly told it would be ready “next week,” both by email and phone, but nothing ever arrived.

I requested a full refund, but the company has not responded at all.
No scooter, no money, no reply.

They intentionaly do not deliver on time. You keep calling them and they keep telling you its coming in 2 weeks which never happens.
After waiting for more than 3 months for my scooter, i asked them to cancel my order because i couldnt wait anymore. They charged me 500 euros!!!. These are scammers they intentionaly delay the order in order for you to cancel such that they steal your money.

Absolute garbage and the GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!!
They lie about delivery time, they keep your deposit of 5 hundred euro and the scooters people receive seem to be broken or not fully functional.
I got nothing in return but cold answers and I am 500 euro in deficit still

You cancel your order within 14 days, you are entitled to your money back. However it costs quite a lot to take these people to court, so they abuse that.

Take my word for it - any other company is better, even if more expensive.

Completely malafide business! STAY AWAY!! I bought a fatbike for my teenage son in January and had to wait nearly 3 months for it to be delivered (no mention of this time-frame on the website). The fatbike arrived with a "gashendel", which we did not order (and in fact according the website, should have had to pay extra for). The police gave my son a fine (290,-) and told us that it was illegal for bikes to be sold with a gas handle - so it should never have been delivered to us in the first place! We then had to pay for the handle to be removed, or risk the bike being confiscated by the police and destroyed. Ever since then we have had one expensive problem after the other with the bike (brakes, faulty wires etc.) But as it costs money to have Fast & Furious collect the bike - and we didn't want it to disappear for months, we paid ourselves for repairs locally. However, we now have a HUGE problem with the motor and paid 90,- several months ago for the bike to be collected and hopeflly repaired under guarantee. We are STILL waiting for F&F to collect it... and can never get a proper response

Their Terms and Conditions are illegal and they don't care. They make you believe that your order Will arrive soon but It takes more than 2 months, and when you want to cancel they even ask you for money. NEVER BUY HERE

I have been waiting for my scooter that I ordered on ffs website for 2 months. Still recieved nothing, no updates!
I tried cancelling the contract but to my surprise, they take 25% of scooter worth for "business expenses", I call that complete bullcrap! I have never seen such a ridiculous contract, and unfortunately I clicked on accept when ordering this scooter...
DO NOT FALL IN THIS TRAP!
MAKE SURE YOU READ THE CONTRACT AND UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO!
Delivery times can jump up to 16 weeks! And I am 100% sure they will exercise and exploit this part of contract to the full extent!
This is done to maintain low costs by not storing inventory but rather waiting on customer orders (you) to only then make an order with a supplier outside of the netherlands, which takes a very long by standard to arrive, but remember, these people are money hungry, they still have 16 weeks to play with the idea of you cancelling your order and getting that 25% for basically nothing.

In addition! They also managed to delete my previous review here on Trustpilot because they marked it as "Not a true customer". Make sure to check your emails of such attempts because this "company" is attempting to gaslight its shady workings!

Terrible contract terms, you cannot cancel your order even within the 2 weeks that is required by the law for customer protection!! This is a very shady business and unfortunately am stuck with it now, I have been waiting on my order for more than a month and a half now, still nothing!

It takes some times to wait for the order. I was inform well by email . the scooter arrived well and working fine. I am pretty gappy

I am waiting for my Ego scooter to be fixed for the third time in the few months since I bought it!
