I have ordered a parking sensors for my father's birthday a week ago and have received them 2 days later properly packed with clear instructions :) I am pleased with my purchase (hopefully my father too;) ) and the delivery is free, so have saved a couple of pounds :D LOL Researching cycle carriers for the season now, so probably will buy there again, as the prices are very competitive A++++++

My experiences with Fasteronline were very good. The roof box arrived within a few days, properly packed and great quality product. I have also ordered cycle carriers and been informed that delivery is delayed a few days. It arrived a few days later, as said. The communication was professional and nice, they know their products through and I have been given great advices. They have also offered help if I had some problems with fitting, so I felt I can always call them and receive assistance. I ma not sure why the other people had such a bad experiences, but I would recommend that company and will buy there again.

This company are rude, arrogant and obnoxious with the worst after sales service I've ever experienced. If you buy a product here and then have a problem i.e. not happy with the product or want to return or exchange... FORGET IT. They will not help you. The man I spoke to about my complaint was argumentative and completely unhelpful. This company are bad news. DO NOT buy snow chains from them. If they break (even when correctly and firmly fitted as per the instructions) or are not fit for purpose they will not help. They just don't care and aren't prepared to help their customers with legitimate complaints.

I ordered some snow chains by phone, I was told they would be sent out the next week, I didn't know my credit card was debited at the time.
After over 3 weeks and about five phone calls later, still no chains!
I cancelled my order when told the chains would be at least another week.
This wouldn't have been too bad if they haden't taken my money untill dispatch.
