Quick, reliable tech support
I have been using Fastcomet for a while now, and my absolute favorite part about their service is the tech support. Over the years they have solved each of my issue without hesitation and in minutes! People like Alexander Stoynov and others have always had my back.
I was just in a meeting the other day, demoing a project, when something was off (talk about demo effect). I was able to get tech support to fix my issue in minutes and the demo could go on flawlessly.

I am constantly getting locked out of…
I am constantly getting locked out of my own service to where I can't even access fastcomet's webpage for help. This keeps happening but they tell me that there is nothing wrong. It takes a few days of diagnosis and troubleshooting but eventually it gets solved. I'm hoping they figure this out so that it doesnt happen again.
