Hi, barely two months ago I was received a phone. But it has a hardware error. So I contacted the Fastcardtech technical support. After several weeks, Faking email communication is finally paused technical support and so far does not respond to my invitation to address this problem. It is unserious approach and I strongly do not recommend buying at this seller!

Do NOT purchase any items from the company out of CHINA. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 Clone for $212.00. Shortly have the item arrived the phone began to have problems. I contacted PayPal and warned them of the issues. Unfortunately because I needed a phone I made the mistake of keeping it and within weeks after the warranty was over the phone stop working. I complained again to Paypal but they told me I waited too long to file for refund. So I complained with the company. The phone advertised as 2 sim slots but after I complained FCT black listed 1 of the sim slots. Then I discovered that the IMEI numbers that was posted inside the phone was invalid because the slot stop working. When I went to Verizon Wireless to verify why the service wasn't working, they informed me that the IMEI was wrong and the correct IMEI was blacklisted. So in effect, FCT is keeping a database of invalid IMEI posted in your phone and the correct IMEI they keep on file when they blacklist your device. I SUGGEST ANYONE READING THIS TO VERIFY THAT THE IMEI NUMBERS POSTED IN YOUR PHONE IS THE ACTUAL ONES BEING UTILIZED BY YOUR MOBILE CARRIER. STAY AWAY FROM FCT. THESE FOLK ON HERE THAT ARE CLAIMING THEY ARE SATISFIED ARE "PLANTS". YOU CAN BELIEVE THAT!!!!

I paid approx USD 250 for a Phone and accessoires. When the Phone arrived it did not work.... I contacted them because they have a 90 day money back garantee..... DO NOT BELIEVE THIS! They will find an excuse not to pay you. Communication with this company is not possible....... as this is across the ocean. They know you will not take legal action as this costs even more, so they rip you off. The products are fake and do not work, and when you find out then you will never get your money back.

I have ordered one smartphone for me and one for my father. A Tengda C8 and a HDC Galaxys S5 G900. We are both very satisfied with the devices, decent quality at a very low cost! The company service is fast and reliable, whenever I needed to ask something I had an online chat. The shipment had a tracking number that allowed us to know where was the package every time.

There is an issue with the 2nd battery that they advertise with some devices. Apparently they cannot ship 2 batteries at the same time due to customs limitations. Besides this minor detail, I recommend to trust this site. Most probably you will end up with a good device at a fraction of the cost. Or you can let the big brands overcharge you because they have a "name"....

I will advise anyone against buying telephone from FASTCARDTECH !!! i have order an S5 with an extra battery more than 9 months ago. I never received the extra battery only poor excuses and a refund offer. The battery is not standard and is not available anywhere but from FASTCARDTECH. In the meantime the battery supplied with the phone damaged and the telephone for which I have paid 200 dollars is worthless. I have started a media campaign through internet and other media in my country against FASTCARDTECH as I consider it is cheating people!

I purchased an android phone and an extra battery from flashcards. The battery has never arrived. Fastcardtech told me it was against Chinese law to ship a battery to the USA by mail. I went to Hong Kong in December. Gave them the date, the Hotel, in Chinese (had to be.in Chinese). Never showed up. This year I went to China for a 21 day tour. Again , I sent then the Hotel list and address in Chinese well ahead of the trip. The emails are hilarious from fastcardtech as to why they didn't send the battery. One even said I forgot to remind them. When they ran out of excuses, they said they already shipped it last Dcember. My Chinese guide said it is
not an honorable company in China. Stay away and save your money.

Bought a phone got it shipped and it broke down within 2 months. In the meanwhile I bought another phone send the money and never got acknowledged for the payment. They basically said I didn't pay for the phone and refused to send me my bought item. I have talked with my bank and they confirmed the payment. Even there Chinese bank confirmed the payment yet they refused to send me my phone. They stole 180 euros. Don't buy from them. They will ignore you and send you low quality overpriced items.

Ordered a phone a month ago, still didn't get it, paid for DHL shipping 37USD, they've send it with regular post which they advertise as Worldwide free shipping, now they won't give me a refund of 37USD. They are hustling the costumers all the time, I see in other reviews!
A little scared what I will get, if I will.

I ordered a phone from them. When I received the phone it was a completely different phone. They told me to return the phone by USPS ONLY, which I did. I made the mistake of not sending it registered which I did not see until after it had shipped. I have been trying to get a refund for weeks now and they keep sending my emails asking for information that I have already sent them many times. On their web site my account page clearly shows that the item was returned yet they refuse to issue a refund. I would think twice before ordering anything from them.

I can't recomment fastcardtech. They don't solve your problem, they are not interested to give you guaranty or help. They don't offer cheap mobil phones. You only get what you payed for...fake. If you like to gamble than you are right at fastcardtech.

If you pay 80 -150€ for a Chinaclone you got to be prepared for whath you bought.Crying for service and guarantees doesn't help.I bought a SM G9006V witch is a S5 copy More than satisfied over it .The purpose is to have a cheap usable phone .It' s really fast too.But I wouldn't compare it with a 600€ original S5

Ordered a Teclast 7 inch phablet, they send an previously opened one and was keep freezing, completely unusable.
I wanted to return item; result is; they only want it back with air mail no any other cargo company. By Australian laws, if battery is not removable, can not go via air mail. Told them but they offer me get $25.00 refund and keep the unusable phablet.
So, do not buy anything from this company. Since they simply provide fake warranty as well, if you can not send item back how can they mention about warranty?
Overall, simly a B.S. just stay away. Anything you buy on your own risk and no warranty.

Bought my partner an S5 mini in July 2014, obviously a copy. Got the phone within the time frame expected of three weeks. The phone looks great, worked ok and very fast from day one. All was good until my missus took some photos at night, they were dreadful, very dark. Daytime photos and videos were great quality. I contacted the company through emails, they replied with "flash a rom", after email to email, they admitted there was no rom available but they would get back to me. Flashing a rom will not fix a poor flash on the camera in my opinion! The emails i received were very poor English and very unclear how to fix the problem. The phone then started to drop calls, freeze and switch itself off. I emailed again and again, they said to do a factory reset. I did this, to be fair it is now worse than ever. I have had to resort to getting my partner a Samsung S3 mini, she is more than happy. I sent an email to complain and they replied with "contact our tech support", i have done this but expect nothing.
I have learned a lesson from my experience, do not trust fastcardtech.com. From some reviews, they seem to sell good quality products, you guys must be in the minority.

I just got my new phone S5 Legend, It was out of my expectation, I never thought that it would looks so close, And the fingerprint works well.
