I was super excited to order some FN lingerie, but since it's so expensive I decided to wait for my birthday. I ordered the Anahi Bodysuit and Ember Bodysuit, totalling £104.00 both in Medium.

They finally arrived and... where shall I start? Opening the packages, I was surprised at how flimsy and light the material was. The garments gave off a very strong plastic/chemical smell.

Looking at the Ember Lace Bodysuit... It does not look like a £52 item. I would not pay £10 for this in Primark. The 'lace' is some mass-produced stuff, and poorly stitched. When I tried it on, it was simultaneously too tight and too baggy. It really is incredibly poorly made; the straps and cups kept slipping down, and a cheap piece of black elastic acts as the 'waistband'. It looks like it took 5 minutes to make.

I was most excited for the Ahani Bodysuit, and the most disappointed. Again, the straps are made out of the cheapest elastic you can imagine, and the stitching is lumpy and frayed. The metal hardware is tacky and flimsy, and a bunch of the 'buckles' don't even do anything, so you can't tighten up or loosen the bodice! They just slide around doing nothing! The leg bands are weird and floppy, not elastic at all. The gauzy lace that cris-crosses was warped/stretched and bagged out over my chest. Even after trying the items on, I can still smell the plastic scent on my hands by the way!

Very disappointed. Even more so when I tried to return the items, but was told they did not provide shipping back to America and asked me to destroy the items and upload photos of them cut in half!!

This waste is awful, but it's the only way I could get my £104.00 refund.

Edit: I got the full refund today (same day as this review) but I still would not purchase from this company. The quality just isn't worth the price.

The quality is fantastic, and the fit is spot on. I’ve never had any issues with the sizing, and everything I’ve purchased has been beautiful.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed my order on January 10th and still haven’t received it 4 weeks later. Tracking shows that USPS still hasn’t received the package from them and was last updated in January 11th. A month with absolutely no movement?!? Customer service only replied with the most generic “it’s in the way and will be delivered soon, just be patient” over a week ago. I wanted to listen to the comments I saw on their ad from “women” claiming to have received and loved their products, but I’m fairly certain now that those accounts are bots or influencers being paid for false promotions. Don’t waste your money like I did.

I received my package today. The ordered items fit perfectly. It’s like a second skin, very comfy and sexy. The size is also correct. Nothing negative to say at the moment

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! They will “send” your order to the wrong address take your money and give you no refund or resend the package. You are better off going somewhere else.

I ordered a number of items on 18 November but after reading several negative reviews I emailed Fascinating Nights customer service team on 21 November to request a cancellation of my order.

I didn't recieve a response but suddenly had a dispatch email in my inbox. Then had an email to say my order could not be cancelled as it had left their warehouse.

Their website states it takes 7 - 14 days to arrive, my order took longer than this to arrive. When it did arrive the product was not as described, the quality was poor, badly sized and smelt funny from the packaging.

I emailed their customer service to explain this and request a refund and pre-paid returns label. They instructed me to follow the refund request guidance on their website and to email them back once I'd done this. Which I did. They then refused to issue me with a pre-paid returns label and told me to destroy the items and send them photos of the damanged goods and they would then issue my refund. As this is not a common practice I declined, stating that if they issued my refund of £174 I would then send them the photos of the damaged goods. They've refused to accept this and are now ghosting me. I have had to raise a dispute with my card issuer to recover the money. I would avoid it at all costs. They are not a good company, their customer service is awful, and the products are not as pictured. I placed my order on 18 November, it is now 11 December, and I am no closer to getting my £174 back.

Placed an order for a few lingerie items from this vendor. Items felt low quality immediately. We have purchased similar items from Shein and found the quality to be about the same, but for a much higher cost. The sizing is very inconsistent from piece to piece,varies wildly. Attempted to return two pieces just to find out that only store credit is available. Replaced the two items with another two of equality low quality, very disappointed. You can purchase the same things from Shein for 80% less so don't bother with this vendor.

I expected the quality to refect the price such cheap material absolutely not worth the money very poor material so disappointing they do not answer emails I would avoid buying from this company when you are expecting a beautiful item and you receive cheap and flimsy items and I know a return would be impossible a very upset customer

I purchased a few pieces for an upcoming boudoir shoot. The Anna bodysuit had bad stitching that skipped the laces so when on, the lace looked torn. The Ember lace bodysuit and signature lace robe are so pretty, but the quality of the lace is sub-par for the price. I'm scared to wash it. Website says they offer refunds/exchanges up to 30 days after delivery. It's 26 days and my orders are showing that refunds/exchanges are not available. Also, the sizing seems much smaller than what's provided on the size chart. I ended up only using one piece for the shoot of the 4 ordered. Disappointed.

I was really impressed with the attention to detail in my order. There was a small defect in one piece, but they handled it quickly and professionally. The quality is top-notch!
