Warning – very bad experience!
I ordered a water thermos, but it was not as described. I returned it after getting a return label, but they stopped replying to my emails and I never received my refund, even after four months. Very disappointing and feels like a scam. Avoid this site!

We have not had any emails from the email address on your order; I cannot see any emails we have not responded to. The only contact we have from you is the initial Live Chat you sent asking to return it, in which we sent you the returns information and you thanked us for that.

The selection was vast and I was able to find exactly what I wanted. The quality was good and the engraving was beautiful. I was worried it wasn’t going to come on time because tracking had it coming a week later. It showed up early and by the day I needed it so I was pleased.
