I ordered 3 Schleich cats for my granddaughter who loves cats. Farm toys were the only company that had the ones I wanted at the most reasonably priced. They were ordered and delivered within 4 days. Excellent service and well packaged. Would use this company again.

Excellent customer service. I got a tractor toy for my cousins and it looks great.

I purchased an item for my sons Christmas and unfortunately there was an issue with the product.

I alerted them to this and was responded to promptly with a solution. I fully appreciate that Farm Toys Online are not the manufacture of the product, so they can't be blamed for its issue and its all about the way the retailer handles the complaint that is most important to the customer. In this instance they deserve the 5* for that alone. I will be buying from them again, as the way they treated my custom was second to none.

Absolutely amazing company. I have ordered from them at least 5 times now - never any problems with anything! One time their website was having problems processing the payment, called them and without any hassle they took my quite large order by phone. I’m very impressed with this store and will buy from them in the future! 100% recommend.

I wanted a specific Breyer model that they stocked, the packaging is superb..I have been sent other Breyer models [from other sellers] with inadequate packaging, and the presentation box has been damaged in post..this company used a good strong box. Thanks :)

We ordered a Siku tractor and trailer which was poorly designed; all metal but a plastic support for the loader on the front of the tractor, which was broken on delivery. Richard at farmtoysonline was most helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately, (a different model) which we are very satisfied with. More importantly, we were not out of pocket in any way.
