Company for me is fraud. I never received my order. To my complaints I received answers from Italy and Spain, telling me that parcel was still with the local post office although I had already received an email saying the order was delivered. Although they reconfirmed several times my address I never got my order. They then wanted to reimburse me ............. but to this date I did not see my money back.
Never ever again with this company

Quick and correct delivery, delivery info for every step. I would use your online shop again.

I ordered from Farmae.eu on 14th Dec. Without any intimation one of the item was cancelled and I lost 2 euros of promotion (order more than 20 euros). On website it is showing link to track but I am unable to track using the BRT number. It is showing not found. It's been 4 working days now and still no sign when it will be delivered.I wrote 4 emails so far and no response even on one.

UPDATE: After a bit of struggle, I received my order today. The products are delivered by DPD (shipped from BRT - their shipping partner in Italy). They were packed properly with sufficient padding etc. in a nice new year package. It looks like the webshop is indeed affiliated with Farmae.it, part of the Italian Talea Group. I am keeping my original email below in case other shoppers came across this site and are reluctant to order, or after ordering get suspicious like me. Unfortunately there are so many scammers around the web and some signs were definitely alerting. I am happy that me order has arrived on time and I want to thank Farmae.eu, but I want to suggest them three improvements for better customer experience: 1. Please respond to customers emails and calls. 2. Please send the correct tracking number to the customer (the first one I got was invalid and it was updated in the second shipping update. 3. Please register the address correctly, despite I informed you two times, the address on the shipping label was still incorrect, but thankfully DPD was able to bring it to my door.

I placed an order on farmae.eu website but then noticed that it is not linked to farmae.it website. i am thinking that this might be a scam webshop pretending to be a Farmae.it /Talea Group website. Can farmae.it Customer Service please confirm if farmae.eu is part of their company??

I bought 3 expensive perfumes. they got the payment. then they cancelled the order as they didn't have the product. I supposed to get my refund in 2 days. Now its been +7 days and yet I don't have my refund and they never replied to my 2 emails!
*so far Dec12th, I still didn't get my refund. I supposed to get it back in November

My order arrived in time. It was well packaged and I received two free gifts and two coupons. I am very satisfied with it. Thank you.

Bought something on the German website. Chose delivery to a DHL Packstation and it was accepted.
The items ended up being shipped from Italy through DPD. They can't deliver to DHL Packstations.
Long story short, the package is in a limbo. Can't be delivered because of an "Incomplete Address". DPD costumer support is a joke and I can't even change the delivery. Farmae support is even more ridiculous. Contacted them a week ago and got no answer.
It's when problems occur that you see the worth of a "company". Farmae.de is worthless. Avoid.
