I am very happy with their quick delivery service, And I am very disappointed because I haven't received all the items I bought. And I tried to contact them to solve this problem via email but they have not answered yet. Hope they will refund the money for the items missed.

Order was cancelled because it was "unavailable".
This was despite payment taken, order confirmation received and delivery confirmation (from UPS) being received.
Effectively, they sold a product that didn't exist and had already made delivery arrangements before they checked they had stock.
I suspect they sold it at the wrong price and this was their excuse for cancelling the order.
Waste of my time.

I have not received my order 000020416 still. I have tried emailing twice to two different email addresses but no response. Please contact me back regarding my order.

So I ordered some facecream from this website on June 3rd.

After 2 weeks it didn't get sent - I sent an email asking how long it would take. No response from them.

Then on July 27th, I sent an email asking for a refund and to cancel my order as STILL nothing had been receieved. This time, I did get a response!!! They simply asked how i paid for the order (I mean, cant they see that on their own system anyway?). But I replied telling them how I paid.

Since then, NOTHING. I have tried emailing them multiple times but I simply get ignored. I have been polite throughout but it's just getting ridiculous now. I have had 1 single reply, no apology or anything despite the order not being sent for almost 2 months, just asking me how I paid and I replied, and then nothing more.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you do and they scam you as well then don't say I didn't warn you.

I could not be happier. The products are all extremely high quality (I know them well) and the transaction was smoothless.
Very nice and courteous service.
I would definitely buy from them again.

I received the order, however 3 of the items sent are incorrect. This is what I ordered, the Velvety milk 300ml bottles:

However I received 2 x La Roche-Posay Anthelios Xl Comfort milk - 100ml bottles. So received the smaller size.

I ordered 600ml in total (2x300ml) of that lotion and you have sent 200ml in total (2x100ml) . I need another 400ml of it to make up the difference.

Also I did not receive the Triage Bariesun SPF50 + Spray Sans Perfume 200ml. Instead I received a Triage Lip Balm.

used a different email address and got the refund in less than an hour

I fully understand that this is a difficult time and that things might take a little bit longer.. but some reply to my emails would be great. Order placed April 21st.. when I placed the order all items were available. 20 days later no delivery confirmation.
No feedback to my emails either..

I will now try to cancel my order (unfortunately)

Farmacia Loretto, further to my review just below, 20 days have passed and I still have not received the refund of the 2 items which purchased (money deducted from my account) and were apparently out of stock.
The order ID is 1204859 and I have raised tickets on the contact us #Ticket TICK-71559# nuovo
Can you please give me an update on the refund process? It is way beyond the 5-7 business days.

I placed my order for a total of almost £50. They took the money but I’ve never received any confirmation email with the order number, so basically no receipt. Product never arrived.
I tried to contact them with the email address on the website but no one ever replied to my email.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

BEWARE. I placed an order on 2/3/20 via their UK website (loretogallo.com / uk) and paid by bank transfer. I have a confirmation email for the order stating they will email me with a tracking number once shipping occurs. I have emailed them using sales@loretogallo etc and info@loretogallo etc and had rejections to both. I have left 2 messages on their website via their contact form and had no replies. I have even phoned them 9/3/20 and they claim they no nothing about the order number.
That is now money I can't get back.

My order was send as I wanted, small minus is because of one day delay. Everything else was fine.

Farmacia Loreto Gallo S.R.L. - Order Update 1087939
After placing an order 12/01/20 with Farmacia Loreto Gallo S.R.L I received an electronic generated email to confirm order.
Being frustrated having not receive further communication , I emailed this company on several occasions and eventually received a UPS tracking number stating it was shipped the same day 12/01/20.
For the last two weeks I have been checking tracking number, although a tracking number has been created by UPS, Farmacia Loreto Gallo has still not shipped my order.
Today 27/01/20 UPS have confirmed they have not collected this parcel.
I am now starting to regret ordering direct from this company and will be contacting PayPal for assistance.

They have gone back on their promise to refund. They are now offering a credit. They sent the wrong product, so none of this is my fault. I paid £12 postage, they overcharged me on the price advertised as well. Such a bad company to deal with, guess they must be in trouble if they are going back in their promise to refund. Avoid them!!

DO NOT purchase from these people. Product never arrived. They ignored emails and only because I went through Paypay did I get my money back after raising a claim. Avoid them.

Still pending a refund a year later. Have managed to speak to someone on their facebook page occasionally, who promises to look into this with no yield still. Still out of pocket. Still mad. And would 100% urge anyone considering buying from this company to avoid. The worst customer service and operation I have come across, and not worth taking your chances. You'll end up like me, out of pocket and being run around in circles!
