Never Buying From Farfetch Again
I ordered a pair of shoes almost two months ago and paid everything upfront, including taxes and customs duties.
The shoes were shipped from the USA, and almost two months later, I still haven’t received anything.
I’ve contacted Farfetch several times, but their customer service is absolutely useless. All they do is send the same robotic, ChatGPT style replies without actually doing anything to solve the problem. It’s like talking to a wall.
They’ve taken my money, failed to deliver my order, and now they won’t even give me a refund or offer any kind of compensation for wasting my time.
For a company that sells expensive designer products, this level of service is embarrassing. They clearly have no respect for their customers once they’ve received their money.
I’ve been patient long enough. Almost two months, no shoes, no refund, and nothing but excuses.
Never buying from Farfetch again. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.

I’m extremely happy with my order from FARFETCH! The item arrived beautifully packaged, fully wrapped and in an official Dsquared² box, which made the whole experience feel even more special.
