Purchased what was meant to be a 51mm Beer Bottle Mortar Bottle Opener – Novelty Cap-Launching Desk & Bar Accessory, and never received. They just take your money!

Purchased what was meant to be a Father's Day present from this website, but apparently they are owned by Sonzea Trading Co., Limited. It came from China, which was my first hesitation, but I've received other items from companies in China before, no problem. On June 6th, I receive an email that my package was delivered, but the tracking information I provided, said it was delivered May 31st. I checked my mailbox, spoke to my postal worker, and he said that he never received a package to deliver. I contact the support, and they said it was delivered June 6th. When I explained that my post man hadn't delivered a package, they asked me to check with neighbors. I confirmed my neighbors didn't receive my package either, then after I relayed that information, they provided me a new tracking number that says it was delivered on the 6th, instead of the one that said the 31st. I explained that regardless of what their tracking says, the post office said they never got a package. They then said they gave me the incorrect information and provided me with a new link that said it was delivered on May 26th. I went back and forth with them for almost a month and they said they couldn't refund unless I provided proof of loss from the post office. I asked my local post office, and they said it had to be done with a claim, however the website requires information I don't have to file said claim, like what the package looks like. When I asked support about how I get that information, and asked if it was insured, all they sent me was 2 files that didn't open. I suggested that since they sent it, and know the package details, they should file the claim, and they wouldn't. So now I'm without my item I paid for, no refund, and a company that is saying it's the carriers fault for the lost package, which is a carrier they selected, not me. Nor am I given information to file a claim with the carrier to provide the information for the lost package to get a refund. What a scam.
