I'm very disappointed with this product. It feels like it should work but unless the garlic is really fresh and super crunchy, it doesn't crush it just mashes into a flat pile.
Also, the metal side panels were improperly installed and falling off when I opened the package. Very hard to snap pack into place and I'm not confident they won't fall off again.
Don't waste your money.

I received 2. You owe me another 4 in one opener.

Love this little kitchen gadget. I have used it to open bottles at least once a day since I received it. I also got one for my home health aide and one for a dear friend out of state who is now in her 70’s. Rave reviews from both of them.

I received a piece that was damaged and had no trouble exchanging it. Return shipping included. Wouldn’t hesitate to shop with company again.

The bottle opener is not adjustable. You show someone twisting a cap off a Pepsi bottle but I haven’t found anything that I drink that I can twist a cap off the top including water bottle tops.

The opener works well and is exactly what was advertised. It also shipped quickly and I love the colour!

I PURCHASED YOUR GARLIC GRINDER AND IT IS UTTER JUNK!!!! I HAVE ONE FROM A PREVIOUS PURCHASE ELSE WHERE AND YOURS DOESN'T BEGIN TO COMPARE. IT IS WAY TOO LIGHT WEIGHT...DOESN'T WORK...TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY!!

I am unhappy that I was not able to reach fannke.com to request an exchange/refund for 1 machine that did not work. I bought 2 machines and 1 of them did not work.

The chopper is smaller than expected and not very powerful.

Good experience… received in a timely fashion. I haven’t used it yet but looking forward to it.

Disappointed that the cutter doesn’t work like the one shown. Needs alot of pressure.

The garlic press is certainly not as easy to use as in the video online and is not very easy to clean.

I am delighted with the garlic grinder and (the two) arrived very quickly.
However, I understood from the advertisement that if I bought two, I would get a third free. I only received two.

Way too hard to push so you get all the way through the clove…back to my press…very sorry it doesn’t work as pictured

Well it was great at first with garlic but difficult the get all of the garlic out! Then I needed a little onion so thought I try this. Error I broke one of the end plastic “teeth” off! Bummer so if you use for garlic and not big pieces you are ok. But still difficult to remove all of it unless you need any liquid you could pour it in and rinse the remainder out!

Purchased (3) of these garlic press devices after seeing videos and reading reviews but very disappointed in the product. The press itself is a completely different shape than what is shown in the videos. The bottom is nearly flat, so there's no ability to rock it. I have tried to press dozens of cloves of garlic and it never pushes easily through the perforated metal. I end up with a smashed piece of garlic clinging to the bottom of the mesh. If I continue to drag and press back and forth, like a grater, it eventually pushes through. I thought it was the garlic, but after multiple tries with different heads of garlic, I feel it's the device. The ease in which the video shows the garlic pressing through is not realistic. I'm a seasoned cook, so this is not some amateur-hour complaint. I have tried to contact the mfr. three times via email with no response.

Teeth broke on the 3rd use :/ made for some really crunchy pasta.

Easy to use, does a great job and easy clean up.

Bought one for everyone in the family.
