Styr unna! Dette er fullstendig useriøst. Ikke i stand til å levere produktet jeg har bestilt til Norge. To år etter at produktet ble bestilt, får jeg beskjed om at butikken ser bort fra ordren min, og at jeg ikke får pengene tilbake. Produktet er ikke blitt levert, tross gjentatte forsøk, ifølge selskapet selv. Produktet har aldri dukket opp hos meg. Jeg har bedt om at de bruker et annet fraktselskap, men dette er blitt sett bort ifra. Jeg har aldri opplevd noen lignende før! Her er tilbakemelding fra butikken:

I think these are such a rip off. Paid 50+ euros for the tiniest plastic mat that doesn't even look that great and has their big logo on it... I could have bought something similar for probably about 10 euros...

We bought this product mainly because it claimed to be washable without any issues. However, after washing it, we noticed that the color started to fade, which is really disappointing. We expected it to be more durable, so we’re not satisfied with this purchase.

Honestly what a joke of a company had to make a complaint through shopify about getting the run around from this company regarding order I placed 14th December and still not received. They have now refunded me minus the €49.99 delivery which I’ve placed another complaint through shopify about… I mean my order hasn’t even been shipped yet they probably don’t even have it in stock and they’ve the cheek to keep the delivery charge honestly avoid at all costs

I received the product very late since I bought it on the 6th of december and I got it on the 30th of december.

i didn't receive the order placed more than one month ago. I wanted to cancel de order but they didn't refund me because they didn't receive "my returned product".
so, i have no money and no rug....

I am a Little disappointed with the product. It looks better and almost real at the videos. I received something just like plastic paper :(

Order and shipping was fast. Finally got a deal with discount and received my "carpet". More different lengths would be great but still very happy with my classic garlic in 80*200cm

I bought a 200cm white linen rug and was excellent I got a smaller one 2 months later same colour but when it came it was darker and no brand on it and keeps moving (it is 80cm)

The reply of Customer care (Carlotta) has been very fast And the missing of some items in the first Shipping has been replaced immediately with another Shipping And some extra.

I had to exchange my vinyl carpet. Customer service was amazing. Just receive my carpet and it is gorgeous! Thank you :)
