Highly recommend.
These guys are great. Friendly, prompt, cheap and they even throw in other beach holiday stuff you might need like boogie boards or a bucket and spade. The cars aren't the newest models so you don't feel uncomfortable letting your kids in there! Car seats are no problem either. Highly recommend.

Beyond Expectations
It is rare that a company not only meets your expectations but exceeds them. I have rented every year from this company for the last ten years. Nothing is too much trouble and their prices continue to be the lowest on the Gold Coast. They guarantee that if I find a lower price they will refund twice the difference, plus an extra $50. How impressive is that! I don't even bother looking anymore. At the risk of sounding like a paid ad, I have to say there is nothing I can think of that would improve the rental service they deliver.

The proprietor, Grant Wilson and his staff are excellent, reliable, on time and trustworthy. His vehicles are neat, washed, cleaned inside and out prior to collection and like him are reliable. Would thoroughly recommend his company and organisation.

Great for families with young kids - the cheapest price I could find on the Gold Coast with the most reasonable (not rip off) insurance prices. Good communication, quick service and pick-up/drop-off service has short waiting times.

I have rented cars from Gold Coast Family rentals for the past 15 years. I always get my cars from them because they are reliable and honest in their dealings. They are courteous and friendly and go out of their way to assist you in any way they can. They are also price competetive and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wishes to rent a car.
I holiday on the Gold Coast every year from New Zealand and will be using them again when I return next year.
