FairWinds Credit Union and Dave Ramsey make a great partnership! I heard about FairWinds through the Dave Ramsey website and since switching from my bank (which was cumbersome when I needed to get help, out-of-my way when I needed to get cash and had an ancient online portal), I appreciate everything about FairWinds. The best features are the easy-to-navigate online experience and the savings goals, which make it fun and easy to see my monthly progress. I like that I can easily get cash when I need it and deposit checks on the app. When I've had questions, I can chat with a friendly customer service rep on the online chat.

I love the high yield savings account
I love the high yield savings account. Before finding FAIRWINDS, I looked at all my local banks and credit unions and none of them offered that kind of return without locking your money up for a year or more. I wanted somewhere to park my savings where it would have good growth and still be accessible without penalties or maintenance fees. I also love how easy and convenient it is to open the account and to transfer funds between my financial institutions.

I would definitely recommend FAIRWINDS Credit Union. Their online banking service is easy to use and they process transactions better than regular banks. They were able to offer me a credit line AND an auto loan with simple online applications and with a few phone calls. Their customer service is excellent.

Easiest account set up ever!
I had no experience with setting up a high yeild online account and everyone i dealt with went above and beyond to help me. They answered all my questions and some I wasn't aware I should have asked. Polite courteous friendly understanding helpful are just some of the words to describe everyone of the people that helped me. I highly recommend this company who has real live caring people and their website is also user friendly!

They are credible, trustworthy, and customer focused. They have professional Wealth Management agents to assist in financial decisions. We have used the credit union since 1988 and will keep on going until there's a need to move away.

Waived late credit card fee, per my wife's surgery...
Recently preoccupied with my wife's spinal neurosurgery and recovery, I was a day late on my credit card payment--near unheard of for me, per my past work experience in the credit reporting industry. I asked FAIRWINDS for a reprieve from a late fee, and they cordially and graciously waived the fee, thanks!
