My initial contact to CS took a long time to get through. However, when I raised a complaint, the response was both comprehensive and timely. They took me seriously and worked hard to address my query.

Been using this card for more years than I remember…wouldn’t go abroad without it. Customer service is brilliant too - their Representative, Sanele, just solved my problem in 30 seconds! Thanks Sanele!🥰
