Terrible odds on most markets.
Don’t inform you that there is a 5% charge on withdrawals without 50% of deposit being wagered until after you have tried to make a withdrawal. They also offer to waive this charge if you leave a positive review which seems a bit scummy.
Lack of a live chat which almost every other sports book has makes reaching customer service hell.

Was enjoying my experience untill they started asking for affordability and loads of documents after I already sent them payslips bank statement, proof of address and drivers license.
Will take custom elsewhere

I have played quite a lot of the casino sites in the U.K. and have a really good understanding of losses and returns and what to expect from playing slots. Fafabet though is by a country mile the worst on returns, even the bonus rounds don’t deliver the big payouts that they should. For example 10 free spins won on a bonus round on sugar rush yielded just £11.30 at a £1 multiplier stake. Triggering a bonus can be as difficult as trying to find hens teeth too, their odds have been set way too high to ever make this site an enjoyable experience. As always, I play with an expectation to lose my money but I also expect (and suspect) Fafabet winners to be very far and few between.

I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with a lot of bookmakers in my time, but these guys are something else! As well as the usual issues of them restricting the stake sizes of customers that dare to win, they also then try and take 5% of your withdrawals!

What you won’t have noticed in their Terms & Conditions is that they have a very unfair clause with regards to stakes vs winnings, giving them them the opportunity to reduce your payouts by 5%.

Of course, they will say, ‘it’s in the Terms & Conditions that you agreed to when you opened the account,’ and whilst this is true, it doesn’t make it acceptable. How sad that we can’t just open an account, place a few bets and win/lose without having to go through the Terms & Conditions with a magnifying glass! What really made me laugh is when they tried to incorrectly apply the 5% deduction clause, which I disputed. They eventually backed down and paid out (without the deduction) magnanimously claiming a ‘gesture of goodwill.’ In reality, they either don’t know how to apply their own Terms & Conditions or they wilfully tried to apply them incorrectly to reduce my payout.

Anyway, I’ve had my fun with them now. Just another bookmaker that won’t take bets from customers that win, but also one that has unfair Terms & Conditions. I can also concur with other recent reviews here regarding their reluctance to payout and the barriers that suddenly appear when you want your money. Barriers that are nowhere to be seen when you are depositing your money!

Best avoided unless you are happy to spend your weekends debating the finer points of their Terms & Conditions with them!

I’ve withdrawn over £1000 in the past now they ask for documentation for a £25 withdrawal . Absolutely disgusting platform . Customer service are almost non existent but when they are there rude as can be , blunt with answers to your questions and generally very crap.

I don’t have a valid passport at the moment as I don’t need one I don’t have a drivers license as I don’t drive .

So basically can’t ever get my deserved money !!!

Horrible little pirates

Superb customer service from MM. Despite it being my fault the problem was sorted and he resolved matters brilliantly. Thoroughly recommended as they went the extra mile for the customer. Great job.

Take take take, the minute you win, please provide your bank statements, tax return, sisters dating history, sperm sample, last week's shopping receipt, everyone's details in your phone or they won't pay you out! Stay away. They are happy taking your money but don't wanna pay out (especially if over £200) absolutely shocking service. But if you still wanna deposit, they will happily take it . Big no go, pls pls pls stay away!!!!!!🤬

Had a horse in several bets, few of them won and of course the biggest paying double COINCIDENTALLY horse had been changed!!!! Won’t pay out the bet trying to say I put wrong horse in, con masters🤦‍♀️

If I could give no stars I would customer service is terrible. They were happy taking deposits but didn’t want to give withdrawals. Even without giving me a withdrawal they were still happy taking a deposit of me. Don’t use this site. I had to contact gambling commission.

Customer service on email was first class. But the chat facility is as bad as it gets. On this point alone I would give this company a swerve. They also clearly do not value good customers. Trust me on this.

You ask me if I want to proceed with the withdrawal as it will incur a 5% fee..

Then when I say no you say well you cannot cancel it now, so why give me the option to proceed in the first place...

I do note you also state "reserve a right to request", so not mandatory..???

Ok look I do not seem to have any option than to carry on with the withdrawal..

This chat bot is usseles the only answer what you can take from him is ,,I didn't get that. Try rephrasing your question.,,

If they ever ask for 3 months worth of bank statements and payslips NEVER send them. Simply close your account as they will close it anyway. Jokers just like most bookies. If your losing they love you if not they pretend they don't want your custom because they are worried about you and want to check your finances. Laughable.

Had very poor RTP but finally got a small withdrawal.
Went to cashout and it wouldn't let me despite wanting to withdraw back to Mastercard I deposited with.
It stated I needed to clear some arbitrary amount of funds because I deposited with a debit card years ago that is now obsolete.
Utter nonsense and a ruse to get players to lose their withdrawal.
You try the chat and you get a bot that repeats "I didn't get" that ad infinitum no matter what you type.
I will now have to pursue this via email but last email never get a response.

Make sure you have wage slips. Bank statements. Passport . Drivers license .more bank statements. And be able to fill in a financial questionnaire . They have been reviewing my documents for over 12 hours now and there is no communication from their side. DO NOT use this platform.

Please be extremely careful using this site or just don’t use it all. They breach ukgc guidelines and don’t care about their actions or care about their customers.
They happily take you money but when you win they won’t allow you to withdraw without you showing them your whole life. On the ukgc is states ‘If a gambling business needs more information before you can withdraw your funds, for example, for anti-money laundering checks, then they should ask promptly and not only when you want to withdraw your funds.

Where a gambling business delays a request to withdraw funds due to insufficient ID, they may be in breach of Licence Condition 17 – Customer identity verification and may be subject to regulatory action.’

They are now asking for everything you can possibly imagine even though it clearly states that you can’t delay a withdrawal request to ask for documents.
Beware of this company please. Bet at your own risk. They will never have a loyal punters and prey on people to take their money off them. I’m in process of contacting the ukgc so hopefully this way it doesn’t happen to others
