Flawed tech

This technology has become the age verification gatekeeper / sentinel to a dating site that I have been subscribed to for many years. I can no longer access the site or my profile. The site owners have no interest in sorting this.

When attempting to verify my age I am locked in a cycle of the Facetec technology repeatedly attempting to verify my face and failing. I have a heavy beard and moustache which obscures my mouth and I think that Facetec is unable to recognise my face as a face. Hopefully if enough people post up similar reviews on here, the Facetec owners will be moved to improve their technology.
