Constant Tech Failures & Dreadful Service

Really unimpressed due to constant technical failures and a complete lack of customer support since joining around 18 months ago.

The main concern is an error with their Slingo games that blocks further play after the initial block of spins. Despite having no play controls or safer gambling active the games fail and display errors which leave me with the only option to end game.

Essentially this means that I lose out on potential wins on every game. At times some additional rounds are priced at 1p.

As mentioned the responses from CS are basically to advise me to clear my browser or app cache. Which solves zero as it's across all platforms and devices.

It's now at the point where I've raised this formally with the UKGC.

I'd advise all players to avoid ALL Slingo games at Fabulous and their partner site SunBingo.

Will no longer depositing and closing accounts once I've finished corresponding with them.

Safe site

Going to rate this site 8out of 10. You know that your money is safe and I like the reminder letting me know how long I've been playing. I have quite a few favourite games plus the bingo.

Variation

I really enjoy playing so much variation games and bingo. Also it’s good that I can use paysafe it does make a difference if it’s late at night. Also very good about reminding me how long I have been playing

Fab bingo is definitely one of my go to sites for wins, done well with my ten free bingo tickets and won £10 on the first line, severely enjoy the 30 free spins after depositing £10, good site
