Unprofessional and impossible to get a refund

Ordered 2 kurtas and had to return both because the measurements were not what they advertised on their 'size guide'.
Returned the items using recorded delivery. They received my return. However 5 weeks passed and they still wouldn't provide a refund. I called them multiple times and emailed. Their email address doesn't work. They confirmed on the phone they have received my return and will refund. Waited for another few weeks and still no refund.

I finally raised a case with PayPal, and PayPal refunded me. So glad I paid using a protected method like PayPal. If I had paid by debit card I would have never got my money back.

Really poor and unprofessional service.

Don't trust them. They won't refund your order. Awful customer service

I placed an order with Fabeha and the delivery was great however on receiving the items, one was damaged and the clothing was not good quality. I returned the order, paid 1st class recorded (something that they should have done). I am still chasing for a refund. Please be very careful when ordering anything from this online store. Go with Diya Online instead as there customer service is much better and you know you will receive a refund or if you have any queries they are quick to respond. I've been liaising with a lady called Asma and she rarely if ever bothers to reply to emails or get back to your voice message. I have endless records of our correspondence via email which I will happily upload so future customers can see before they part with their money. I feel angry and upset by this. You will not be treated well and they do not value you as a customer. I stupidly thought as they had some influencers advertising their garments I will be in safe hands but clearly not. I spent a lot of money and I haven't got my money back. Save yourself time and energy and go elsewhere. There is a reason why people have left endless bad reviews on Trust Pilot regarding this store. It is an utter shambles or a company.

Terrible company - AVOID

Deserves zero stars but no option for this.
Absolutely shocking customer service. Do not waste your time and money buying from this place.
Customer service is absolutely terrible - returned items and took them nearly 2 months and numerous phone calls and emails to get a refund. They kept taking all the details from me and then saying it would get done in a few hours then nothing.
Wasted so much time chasing this - I think they just hope people won't chase up or will forget about it or won't bother.
Half the time don't bother to answer the phone and if they do - they just say its getting processed. Sorry but does not take that long to process a refund.
Nice little scam they ot going on - please avoid.

Not sure how reliable they are

I placed an order few days again. I recieved no confirmation of my order either through email or text. This set of alarms bells. I had no order number or anything. I checked for reviews and wish I had read them before!!! My money had been taken from my account but still no confirmation of order. I rang Fabehaonline and after quite a few attempts got through to a lady. It was obvious they had no computerised system as she kept asking for my name, address, email and was writing things down. Took down my paypal transaction i.d, probably to make sure my payment had gone through. She was evasive when I asked whether my order had shown up on their system. She said I will get confirmation today or tom but I am not holding my breath. Clearly this is not how reputable companies operate and I have used many!!
Update: I have recieved the order after the payment went through. The clothes were as described in picture. However, I am not sure will buy again as I dont want to go through the shopping experience of thinking whether I will get my order or not.

They shouldn’t get a 1 star they are a fraud company ,it’s been over a month that they haven’t refunded me ,they are using instagram influencers to advertise their clothes ,they don’t send you your product or a delivery confirmation,2weeks before Eid they didn’t deliver my clothes ,they are quick to take payments and deliver nothing their website an insta needs to be closed down REPORT THEIR BUSINESS ,NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER …….

This is the worst company ever dont buy…

This is the worst company ever dont buy from here they don't answer there phones always on lunch or break. They act like if they a multi million pound company but in reality its a husband and wife running a company with immigrants answering the phones who don't know what they are doing. Report them to trading standards I have. They keep changing their emails and phone numbers a company run by clowns.

This is the worst company ever dont buy from here send you stained items when you finally get through they tell you to post the item first class which is a cost on top of your delivery charge then when they get the item back they will not answer the phone so they dont have to refund you rude people should be shut down dont let them rob you avoid.

this company is the worse company ever

this company is the worse company ever! when you place an order they wait 2-3 days for the money to be cleared from your account into theirs and then they post the items, i ordered with them twice and it’s the same they don't dispatch it until they have ur money in their account i had to call them to find out if they had dispatched my items as it was 3 days and nothing was processed, when i spoke to a women she told me they will process it and send it out the next day, waited extra 2 days and nothing so i had to call again which again the lady told me they will send it, by this time from puting the order it was 5 days and the money was already in their account yet they hadn’t proceeded the order. i received it almost a week later, one of the suit had a trousers missing it was labeled on the bag “trousers missing” jewellery was damaged stones fallen out and snapped in half, i was very disappointed, i called them again same lady was on the phone i told her the item was broken and the suit had trousers missing which they knew about as it was labeled i asked for a discount on the suit and a full refund on the jewellery the lady told me to send pictures which i emailed them then she told me they can’t give discount or refund till i send the items back to them. like this is my fault and i have to make time to go to the post office which is far from where i live! this is the worse money greedy company ever. customer service is very bad. never again! learnt my lesson with them money greedy people BEWARE if you buy from them and anything goes wrong you will never get your money back! or they will make it difficult for you to get your money back.

WORST EXPERIENCE

WORST EXPERIENCE

I placed an order for the 1st time. The items were not the right size for me.. so rung the customer service to get advice on exchange/refund policy. I was advised I need to print out an return form and put in the comment section what I needed. I did this and returned items via 1st class. It is not stated on their policy that an email needs to be sent to them upon return!..They received the item but didn't have the decency to contact me or email me despite taking items back and my money. I rung customer service- only to be advised I would need to email them!. Why this wasn't told before- no idea! Absolute terrible service with incompetent and unreliable team who don't have a clue how to give advice out! Takes a while to get through to them as they don't always answer the call. A week gone by and no update on whether a refund would be issued or Bigger size sent out. Customer service useful as a ever (!) advising to send emails again and that the DHL are very busy?! (LAME EXCUSE) No refund issued. Highly disappointed as this is my 1st and last experience with this unprofessional, useless, money looting company. Seriously AVOID!

Terrible!

Terrible!! I needed these Before sunday and recieved and email on Wednesday after placing the order on monday! false advertisement has led to alot of stress if they advertised well and said none in stock i would have gone elsewhere to order my garments and recieved it before sunday! FIX UP!

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible company. Ordered three dresses before Eid ul adha, one didn’t arrive because it wasn’t in stock apparently (why was it listed as stock online then and why take the order?), just got a note saying that item would be refunded. It’s been months, I’ve sent numerous emails and yet no refunds or even a reply. Also, the two dresses I did receive looked far worse in reality than the photos online. Disgusted by their customer service and clothes quality. Don’t waste your money here.

I wish i could give them 0 stars or minus. And i also wish i had come on here and read their reviews before ordering and getting the run around from management and employees. Noone wants to refund you, quick to take your money though! Disgusting so called muslims. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALING!!!

Absolutely appalling service!
Customer service is so poor. I placed an order with them, they took the money but didn't bother delivering the item. I called them. But for some reason you can never get through to them. When they finally picked up they cut me off again. Problem still not resolved. I will definitely not be ordering from them again!!

I placed an order for the first time…

I placed an order for the first time for mens salwar kameez. On the day of dispatch I was contacted by a member of the company and was told the item was damaged and a refund would be sent in 7 days. I received the refund. The same day I ordered an alternative product. This arrived 2 days later and was stained in multiple places. Once again I contacted them and was told to return the item. 2 weeks later I am now having to chase a refund for this. Bad experience for a for a first order. Will not be shopping with them again.
