Priced right, but slow delivery.
After seeing their advertisements on TV I decided to try Ezzence.dk when I needed to buy some shampoo, conditioner and Youngblood makeup products. Unfortunately, items that I have previously purchased on NiceHair.dk and which have been delivered within 36 hours of placing the order, took 14 days to arrive due to problems with one of their suppliers. While I was happy that the company sent out periodic updates regarding the order status, the products arrived way too late, so in future I'll probably stick with NiceHair instead.

I have ordered a set of products almost one and a half months ago... and I still have not received them (the order status is "processing")
What is even more annoying to me is that I have sent mails to the customer service department, but they have not bordered to answer back to me. But somehow, I was remembered as a customer, when it came to receiving customer satisfaction surveys.
