You haven't even sent me my whole order still missing x3 5 litres ,and proceed to ignore emails and dont answer the your phones. Absolute joke !!

I ordered on 11th may, my order still hasn’t arrived. After a few emails I got a reply a week later from Dee, telling me my order would be sent out again next day. That was Thursday 28th may, still waiting for it to arrive. Today I’ve tried to ring customer services but no answer, I tried to call 6 times, but just kept ringing. Very disappointed!

Shame I have to leave a negative comment for products that might actually be quite good. The delivery of items takes forever and eventually when it arrives a load of th order is simply not there, communication is woeful and delivery very poor but the product of you ever receive it is quite good. I’m having to contact PayPal for a refund because trying to contact customer service is a waste of time, shame really.

Seen this company widely promoted on TikTok by all detailers , so thought i would try them out , I ordered the 3 5l bundle and it came very quickly and I was amazed with the products so I made another order , ordered 15l of snowfoam, and 15l of wheel cleaner, 5 days pass I emailed them asking where my order is and when I can expect it, to be emailed back by Dee? Whoever that is. To say that they have had to hire more staff to produce more products as they had a shortage? Blimey, I only ordered 6 tubs total not 600, it’s now been another 5 days and I’ve heard nothing , sent multiple emails and heard nothing , really am wondering where my order is and why I’ve spent £60 on nothing , what makes even worse is that they offered a £50 mystery box included and I’ve not received anything .

Hopefully I do get my order or I will be charging it back via the bank, and this probably will be the last time I order from this company because of their radio silence

Absolutely awful experience. The order took a few working days before it even was dispatched, I tried to call them and the phone just rang out, emails not replied to. Products themselves were awful too, very watery especially the shampoos, very poor results. The wheel brush was very cheap and nasty too and fell apart after first use. What a waste of £50. These guys are all media hype with their adverts and no service, late delivery and poor product!

Dear EZ Car Care Support Team,I placed order #502561 on May 11th and received a confirmation, but I did not receive the shipping notification until May 26th. A few days later, I received two boxes.Upon unpacking, I found that one of the boxes contained three 5-liter bottles of Fusion, which were severely deformed and damaged. Two of them had leaked, likely due to a collision or drop during transit.Additionally, I noticed another issue: my original order explicitly stated that I should receive three free gifts, but I only received one.I already emailed EZ Car Care Support about these issues on May 28th(have potho), but as of today (June 2nd), I have not yet received a reply. Could you please look into this and help me resolve it as soon as possible? Thank you

Delivery took longer than expected. Communication was terrible. Customer support was nonexistent. I am STILL waiting on my mystery box as part of my order. The product is ok

I have not yet received my parcel from you and it was ordered on the 12th of May and today is the 2nd June

order took longer than expected, no customer service team whatsoever, i tried multiple times to get in touch but no one responds. I had a missing item in my order, and I am still chasing it to this day, and nothing has been done about it, and no response at all.

Great products that leave an unmatched finish and the despatch/delivery times are really, really good.

Products are good.
Customer service and delivery is shocking.

Really hope they sort this out.

Products are good enough for a pro Car Cleaner and postage is good and special prices

Item was purchased with an expected 48 hour dispatch window. It took nearly two weeks for it to be dispatched during which I had to chase an order update on several occasions.

When the item eventually arrived the order was incomplete. I contacted them immediately and I am still waiting an update.

Order # 506732. Like others here my primary complaint is inadequate / poor customer service. My order was promptly delivered via Royal mail on Thursday, there was a note advising that some products were now discontinued but they had given substitutes, that was OK, some bottles had leaked, so, I advised them and attached images, although that was not a big deal because I transferred the contents into other bottles; however, there was no tyre brush and when I placed my order I selected to add the free £50 gift bundle and that was also not received. I got an autoreply from Zendesk but nothing since. I'll assume that they might have been closed for a holiday weekend and if so hope to modify this score.

Still no reply to emails and no answer to the phone. On one occasion I let it ring for over an hour!
The products I've use do the job, such a pity the support staff let the side down.

A few days ago I got a call from EZ Car Care. I reiterated my disappointment and the caller took that on board, apologised and said she would attend to my outstanding matters ASAP. She clearly did, because today I got a substitute brush, a bottle to replace the one that leaked and 5 other bottles representing my £50 gift. At the full retail price these bottles are £11 to £28, although note that all are currently discounted making the contents worth £20.97 at the discounted rate. It is still something for nothing so thank you for eventually addressing my complaint.

Almost 2 weeks and nowhere near my order being fulfilled, website states usually dispatched in 1 day but if you read some of the reviews (which I didn’t) it can months for orders to get delivered. Have contacted once with a lame ass excuse given for delay. DO NOT BOTHER

Ordered the biggest bundle of product and added come more items at checkout. Arrived within a week with substituted items, but i knew this at time of order).

Downside, 2 of bottles has leaked ( had to be the more unpleasant fragranced amongst them ). Thank fully opened box in garage not house. Emailed customer services to advise of the leakage. NO RESPONCE. Used some products over the weekend and good results. Rather than getting a big variety pack, next time i would order specific cleaning and sealing products. PS the drying towel is amazing.

Waited over 2 weeks and had no correspondence to my order being dispatched and when I did email them all I got back was an automated email saying they was inundated with orders and was hiring more staff and I'd hear from the by end of that week and never heard owt so I ended up getting a refund through PayPal absolute shambles of a company would not recommend to anyone!!!!!

21st april my son sent them £60 for cleaning products. We are now 1st June and still waiting. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!! Just refund if you can’t fulfill the order. just get an automated message every time you email them.
