Not even got around to trying the products.
Delivery and dispatch have been slow and not conforming to the website. Once the order did arrive only part of the order turned up. I have now been over a week trying to get obeying with emails not been answered nor phone calls. If the products are as good as the customer service then it leads a lot to be desired!!

Terrible customer service from these guys emailed 3 times with zero response. Will not be purchasing anything from here again, the so called free mystery box is total waste of time just small bottles of what was actually purchased in the first place, I bought 6 x 5l bottles of various car cleaning products so for the free gift I got 5 x 500ml bottles of the same thing waste of time and money. Customer service is non existent.

Great products when they can fulfill their orders. Currently waiting 3 weeks for an outstanding order, trying to get through is an absolute joke......

ALERT WARNING
Ordered some items from this Company but still not received items, I called & emailed company still No reply from company.

Not a good start. Ordered a bucket kit on Monday evening, I got charged for 48 hour delivery and today is Friday and I get a notification that my package is being sent out today…4 full days later! Called them yesterday and today, nobody answers the phone and just keeps ringing, emailed them yesterday morning and still no reply some 36 hours later. Poor customer service!!!

Gave two stars for the products. Would have been 5 stars if they got shipments out in the time they state on their website. 10 days before shipment??? When you contact them you get a standard bs response that they have been inundated with orders and have had to get more packers in blah blah blah. This we all know is complete and utter bs. If they are so inundated with orders then STOP bombarding everyone's inboxes with promotional offers until you clear the backlogs. These promotions are not just once a day either but several times a day so those people sending out the emails, get them on packing and distribution instead of taking people's hard earned money with your false advertising. I don't think you actually have a clue how long 24 or 48 hours actually is. Shame this company has such poor customer service because the products are pretty good. Perhaps a change of management with an understanding of customer satisfaction and service is required asap.

Absolutely dreadful experience with EZ Car Care.

Paid extra for tracked 48-hour delivery for a birthday present, only to later be told the order had not even been packed or dispatched. Meanwhile, since placing the order, I seem to have received a constant stream of marketing emails trying to sell me more products. Perhaps focus on shipping the orders you already have before spamming customers with promotions.

Because of this delay, my nephew now has nothing to open on his birthday today, which is genuinely disappointing. Even worse, other members of my family have also ordered from EZ Car Care and are still waiting for their deliveries too, so this clearly does not appear to be an isolated issue.

Customer service has been poor, communication has been poor, and the delivery promises advertised are clearly not being met.

Having now read recent reviews from other customers, I wish I had done that before placing the order, as I would never have used this company in the first place.

I will now be looking at cancelling the order and pursuing a chargeback through my bank.

Avoid.

Terrible customer service and terrible delivery . Over a week now and still nothing and you pay for postage as well Royal Mail 48hrs and still nothing !! Do not order from these scammers !! They invest in social media adverts so they can catch you !! STAY AWAY FROM EZCARCARE

Placed an order 30th April, nothing has arrived, no one answers the phone, emails are replied to with the same text, no one is actually reading and responding to your query, eventually had to do a chargeback as I have no idea if the goods will ever arrive. They seem to focus on marketing and not customer care, as others have said pay a bit more and at least get your stuff, no deal is a good deal if you never get it. Lastly do you see any responses on here from them, that says it all...

Firstly tried to do chargeback but you have to wait 30 days before you can claim for undelivered goods
Emails, 9 in total none responded to, tried another email address and got a reply, not much use to be fair but proves they don't respond the replies from the same email!
Rang them 3 days ago, amazing someone answered, very helpful and clearly frustrated with their company, they actually printed my order while I was on the phone and physically took it to their warehouse, clearly the only way to get it delivered,and it worked, received my order today in good order

Bought 6x 5l tubs I’d never used this company before but they had a deal on so thought I’d give it a try. Delivery took two weeks and two of the tubs had leaked and was half empty didn’t think it would be a problem till I couldn’t get through on the phone so emailed I had one reply asking for more photos which I did straight away since this I’ve heard nothing back and they have ignored my last six messages
Shocking customer service I would of expected better but just goes to show how unprofessional these guys are

Absolutley shocking company ive waited 11 days and my items still havnt been received the customer service aren't interested if you dont want your hard earned cash sat in someone else's bank account without products stay well away from this joke

Great products but still waiting for my order placed 2nd May to be despatched.
The only response I can get from customer service is this same email on 2 seperate occasions.

"We’re very sorry for the delay and truly appreciate your patience. Thank you again for your order, it really means a lot to us.

Due to high demand, our fulfilment centre that picks and packs our orders has brought in additional staff to help manage the volume. Our production team is also running two shifts, with both our 5 litre and 500ml machines operating from 7am through to 10pm to keep up.

We’re working hard to ensure all orders are cleared and shipped by the end of the week. We also have additional Royal Mail collections booked in for the remainder of the week to support this.".
UPDATE
Finally arrived on the 13th May , 11 days after ordering.

Great products highly recommend

Placed my order on 20th April and it still has not been delivered. I have emailed well over 10 times and called multiple times a day for over a week, with absolutely no response to any of my calls.

The only reply I received was over a week ago, stating that the order was being resent via DPD. That clearly never happened. I have chased this “second delivery” every single day since and have been completely ignored, which strongly suggests the item was never resent at all.

The lack of communication and complete disregard for customers is unacceptable. But considering other reviews and no response to us they don’t care either way! Order reference 496795.

(Currently been ringing the number again for the last 16 minutes and yet again no answer.)

Do not bother!! Ordered the MOAB kit on sale for £64.99 on 27/04/26 as a birthday present. General copy and paste customer service responses when chasing a despatch date. Finally gets despatched and arrives today (08/05/26) and they have only sent 5 products instead of 24 products! There are 19 products missing from my order. Will be contacting card provider for a charge back.

This company are scammers, they take your money and you dont receive your orders,unable to contact them via phone or email….look at the social media comments, there are plenty of people all commenting the same. Very poor, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I didn't realise they had an offer of 3x5L for £30 and bought 2x500ml + 1x5L for £28. But they sent me 2x5L + 1x500ml. I have no idea if that was their mistake or goodwill, but I'm happily surprised! Delivery could have been better, though.
