It was a good experience
It was a good experience. I was buying glasses for my husband. I liked that he could see how they looked on before we purchased. I just hope I put in all the right information so they don't have to be returned. I will be getting my speck from here as well. Let's see how these go.

The try on feature is nice, but check out is overly complicated. I was emailed a coupon but when the first credit card transaction failed, it removed the coupon and said it couldn't be used again.

It's Scary to Buy Online, But This Is Fun!
I am always concerned about buying eyewear I can't try on, but the price is so good!! I find the frames selection almost overwhelming! But I have the idea of what I want, so am going with my gut! I've been happy with other purchases I've made from you and I find the frames are very substantial. I have some difficulties with the Try On part, but it's likely the way my computer is set up. It still is a fun feature!

pages for all frames stated "price includes 1.5 prescription lenses" and none of the frames had this option available for Lenses, and when I asked the chat, they just told me sometimes the lenses aren't available for those frames, so why are you setting up that expectation for all of the frames???? it says lenses are included, then im charged 20?? thats not included, thats extortion and unethical
