False Advertising: 2-day delivery expectation is misleading

The process is easy (snap a pic of your prescription), lens selection is clear & easy to understand. Prices seem fair on balance. BUT.....the problem is Eyebuydirect advertises "2 day delivery" and that is completely misleading. More like, "2 weeks to build your order, THEN two day delivery" would be more truthful.

Checkout was a nightmare

Checkout was an impossible nightmare trying to use Paypal or Paypal Credit - had to exit and just use a credit card.

Your prices and selections are great

Your prices and selections are great. I typically purchase more than one pair of glasses when I order from you folks. It would be REALLY helpful if you had the option to add one or more pairs of the same model by just adding a "+" to the quantity. As it is we have to restart the selection process for each additional pair.
Nonetheless, I'll keep coming back!

Finding the shopping cart ( eventually…

Finding the shopping cart ( eventually took a phone call - to impatient agent ). Gave up and lost my code (Just4you) discount when i came back on a different day. Would of went to another side except you had prescription input.
