Fit, finish, quality of lenses is better than my actual eye doctor's store, impressive

So many popups about cookies and sales please just do 1 popup when i open the site, not 2-3 popups every time i click on something. also just make an app. its really not good on mobile. like its fine but its not good.

I tried out the frames then added my prescription, selected the type of lenses I wanted and was done. Easy pesy

I like the styles and the prices, but I am wary and have stopped buying exclusively from them because they price-gouge on lenses for some styles. I have called them out on that, but they never explain it, even though I have a low-level prescription; I have to pay for the expensive lens and don't get the free one advertised. It's a bait-and-switch.

Whenever, I took the quiz I recorded all my prescription info I thought it would carry to when I selected a pair of glasses unfortunately, it didn’t so I had to put all my information again but other than that it was fairly straightforward.

I was using my vision insurance Everytime I would start to check out it would take off my insurance and try to charge me the whole amount. So it was very stressful I hope they come in and are perfect so I can give a great review afterwards

Had in issue which resulted in my glasses being on hold. I called customer service and they helped a lot.
