I had contact with them and wanted to work with them. The first contact was very quick. After that I had to run behind and behind to get a response.
I told them my opinion that this is nor professional. They told me, that they have no staff. I wrote back:
"And again, I told you it would be better if you tell that to your client, so they know the issue and do not wait and wait for a response.
Especially when I told you for my partner it is the best to do the appointment (at yours then) this week because of holidays. After, it gets more complicated.
In my eyes, you could have told me your apology and that you come back to me with the request in this or that time frame. So I know when I would have an answer and can schedule an appointment with you. Then it would have been clear, and I wouldn't be disappointed - also because I loose time by waiting without knowing if you work with us or not.
Do you understand now why I'm disappointed?
So next time, just send me a short info that you saw my message and get back to me as soon as you can. Then I know I won't get forgotten. Ok?"
Then I got blocked. Very childish behavior and I can not believe that this is a serious lawyer if a little criticism make them block a client.
