They only want customers wifh 'perfect' situation.
Signed a supply contract after photos approved. Manager then decided the tank was too far from road and would be too expensive to replace IF that becomes necessary. Then claimed no line of sight despite direct line of sight to road existing. This allowed them to claim right to terminate the contract under a safety clause. A later email from Extra Gas claimed there are obstructions. All without any discussion or site visit (still no explanation of what the supposed obstruction is). I have the email chain thay verifies this order of events. Oh, and they aren't members of the trade association, Liquid Gas UK, or the Utilities ADR as far as I can tell so the escalation route seems limited.
Update: And despite their reply, they have not evidenced any safety issues. If they can quote the regulation(s) and explain how the site is non-compliant, I will happily apologise and remove the negative review but they haven't done so to date.
