Poor support.
This is for a product called Suitcase Fusion which is a font manager. Extensis bought or acquired Font Reserve, which was a great font manager. Then they made it the buggiest program I've ever encountered for graphics professionals. So many of my fonts have been corrupted in their database that they are no longer accessible. Now they aren't happy with people just buying their program, they want you to subscribe, at a greater cost than before. I've used this on Mac and PC, both platforms have equal issues. I'm suggesting that my agency and agency partners find a new font management solution because has gone from not great to fairly ridiculous.
