I reserved a room for an extended period of time during a blizzard and stayed one week and then tried to put it into the company name throughout the entire week and I got no attention back then went to continue the reservation and they charged me more than double the price took away the internet that I already paid for will not credit me do not care and like I said the person at the front desk was apologizing drastically and he was very cool this is the first person and he told me that he is embarrassed to walk into work in the morning because this is the worst hotel in the area they do not care about their clients they do not care about the rooms they do not care about anything if they can find a way to charge you and keep your money that's exactly what they're going to do if there's a problem with your room they don't care they'll tell you they'll do something but they will not I was told last week that the branch that takes care of businesses would call me I still have not got a call and I reach out five separate time so now I'm stuck in a hotel that I'm paying stupid money for where I could go stay in a sweet in Boston for a hotel where you can't even close your shower curtain so I highly recommend you run and stay away from any of these hotels

I stayed at the daphne, alabama location for two years. Did my own housekeeping. No offers of housekeeping. I made a reservation for last week. I received a text welcoming me back. I happened to.call the night before. Brenda the manager said she put me on a DO NOT RENT List! Because i did not let her know i was leaving. She was not there. I and a friend cleaned the room top to bottom. always paid them. Had to go into a tenants room to check a pulse for signs of life. Brenda just left. The woman was dead 3rd floor. I waited for the paramedics. She did not. A manager should be the one to coordinate with the paramedics and pice. I carried my own trash to the dumpster. The health department made their routine inspection. My room was singled out. She said to the inspector "I know just what room you are talking about". Previous housekeepers under Mr. Will Shore quit. She ran off housekeepers. She hounded and hounded for me and others to complete a review sent by corporate. You had no choice but to flower it up. Also possible illegal workers staying there with a 3rd party arranging their stay. So I.C.E will be notified. Two years this hotel made tens of thousands of dollars off of me. No more. The trash, rats, roaches. She let the property go down down down. Also it is a place for people on probation. The ankle bracelets tell the tale. The hotel is not suitable for occupancy based on my professional opinion. I worked for the Mobile County Health Department as an inspector and as a degreed biologist environmental compliance manager on the federal level. So I found a great hotel! Two stars above what ESA was charging. People called there looking for me. She told them I was on a do not rent list. I have never seen the staff even check this list. Shes a D.E.I Hire and so is the district manager. Pitch a tent in a campground before you stay at ANY of their properties. People and companies are cutting down on travel expenses. I theorize that the hotel on Frederick blvd. Daphne will need to be just torn down. Land is worth more than the land and building. Also Brenda hires here relatives and friends. Not qualified. I intend to Sue her personally and in Civil Court.

Spacious rooms. Was a full size kitchen and not just a kitchenette as advertised although inadequate ly stocked. Close to Texas Medical Center which is why we were there. Appreciated the discount given for cancer patients. Elevator quick even when hotel full. However, this property is NOT A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY!! It is Marijuana infested. I reported this at least 8 times and gave room numbers. Sometimes the staff ignored me completely and sometimes they would act like they were going to address it and would not. The pool was dirty during our entire stay. Carpet 20+ years old - stained and torn. I recommend this hotel only if you smoke Marijuana.

I have been staying at the Extended Stay in Fridley MN for a month. I am here on business for the next year and would love to let everyone know about my second to none customer service given by the staff here, especially Yvette, who is so frendly, professional and approachable. Yvette made sure to get me all of the savings offered during my stay. I appreciate the experience of staying at the Fridley location very much. I have been treated like a valued customer in every way.

i loved that the rooms have a kitchen very clean rooms. the new front desk girl Heather was very nice and helpful. the manger Leeana had no problem helping us with the questions we had. Also loved that they are pet friendly.

Have been a long term resident and the room and the service has been excellent from day one. Thank you ESA!

Thank you to all the staff and caring servers @ Extended Stay America. We had some overwhelming construction work done at our house recently. I had to find a quick solution to stay overnight with my cats and dog and my aged mother. I was feeling very overwhelmed and not knowing where to turn. I had stayed there at Extended Stay America stay before, but I gave them quite a bit of notice; this time It was very last minute. They were wonderful;thank you to the manager Carla thank you to Gabriel who check me in and help me find the perfect room and everything I needed thank you to Matt, who checked me out as well. I have history with this hotel 10 years ago, we were forced to stay there 10 years ago because We were having our house terminated, but my father was too sick and needed to stay in a skilled nursing. They were available and accommodating and gracious,the rooms were clean. The place was quiet and I felt taken care of. That was an important stay,there was a lot of stress and my sick father was to stay in a skilled nursing facility while we were at Extended StayAmerica. A very trying time but they helped in every way also that time too. Sadly, my dad passed away one day after our stay there, but I looked back at that time and so appreciate all of their help to every detail and support and they were so available thank you Carla thank you Gabriel thank you Matt. Thank you to all the staff that cleaned our rooms and freshen them every day thank you for their smiling faces in a hard time. I hope we get to stay there again soon.

Room was ok a few bugs towel wasn’t all the way white lobby closed early had to call someone when I locked my key in the room

This Extended Stay was a complete nightmare!! The room was disgusting, the whole entire place was disgusting. I was nauseated the entire time that we were there. We did NOT feel safe at this hotel!!! They left a note under our door saying that they were going to do a mandatory check of the a/c in our room at 9am on Sunday, but they didn't show up until around 2pm. My son had fallen asleep, and I was trying to fall asleep.

We checked out early, and my son turned in our hotel key/cards. I just talked with a manager and because my son didn't ask to cancel our reservation, they completely refuse to refund us any money. I had the reservation from Friday, May 10th- Friday, May 17th. We are homeless and I don't have any money to buy food at all. And the jerk manager at this hotel refuses to give me any refund at all. Not only that, but he also claims that if we'd "officially" checked out on Monday morning, then we'd owe them $800 because of Texas Tech's graduation. We checked out on Monday, after the graduation. I've just emailed my lawyers about this. The corporate office is giving me the same run around.

I have been here for almost 3years and its great .I wanted to let you know that Barbara &Maggie are great managers and they are friendly and very caring .I also wanted to let you know that Haileigh is great& very good at her job. She is very attentive and friendly. She always makes me feel welcome. Chella is a very hard worker &and is very friendly .I would & have told others about your establishment.

I've stayed at a lot of Extended Stays over the years, so I was expecting everything to be the same. Well, everything was not the same at the Extended Stay in Aurora,CO on Billings. The room was nasty and that was the second room that I stayed in that someone had punched the wall and the staff did repair but didn't repaint. The stove was nasty, no hand towels, no cooking pots and pans. I went down to get some utensils and got told, we don't do that anymore. Ok, can I have some wash cloths and hand towels, got told they didn't give those out till after 5 to come back. Drug deals were going on in the back parking lot. Did not feel safe at all!!!!

I am a 3rd party paying for family member in San Ramon extended stay. Not all in a day, I have spoke several times to Amani, Marybel and once to Alex all over the phone. I have to say they are the most polite, courteous professional front desk employees. They are an asset enjoy speaking to them. They are very appreciated. They take the time to make to answer my questions and patient.
It's really nice to see this rare kind service.

I will NEVER stay at again or refer anyone to this hotel in Colorado Springs. I was flooded out of my apartment, so my disabled son and I needed a place to stay. They put us on the 3rd floor with a broken elevator and 2 nights cost me $739.27. We actually only stayed one night but checked out after 11am so I was prepared to eat the second night's stay. I was told I would not be charged for the rest of the booking since I was able to stay with a friend until I could get back into my place. When I realized my card had never been refunded the difference, I contacted the local manager (Denise) and she said she would contact and refund me once she checked the cameras to make sure I didn't actually stay there. Nearly 3 weeks later, no response and no refund. Horrible customer service while taking advantage of someone in a bad situation. Bravo!

I enjoyed my experience at Extended Stay. The staff is very friendly. Ozo, Rihana, Nora and the rest are very helpful. If I needed something they got it for me. My room was clean and always stocked with toiletries. I am not sure I spelled the ladies names correctly, but I do know they were the best and the Company should be very proud to have them as employees, they always had a smile.

My husband and I take a weekend getaway once a month and we are so thankful we found Extended Stay America’s Cedar Bluff Knoxville, Tn location! We will never go to another place when staying in Knoxville again! The staff is absolutely amazing, the rooms are always spotless, and every single staff member you encounter makes sure you have the best experience. We recommend everyone who travels through to stop and stay here you will enjoy your time away!

I booked a stay at the Extended Stay location in Brea, CA, for 12/27/19 - 12/31/19 to visit family for the holidays. We booked a room with King bed, paid in full, 2-3 months in advance. We arrived at the hotel to check-in and had the following experience:

1. Lobby reaked of cigarette smoke, looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for 2+ decades!!

2. Was informed they didn't have a room with a king size bed, and we could either accept a queen or contact the booking company to request a booking at some other hotel! Seriously!!??

3. We were tired from a long drive, and at 6:30 pm on a Friday night of a holiday weekend figured "what options do we have?" We took the room - but were extremely mad at this treatment (remember - paid in full, in advance for a King bed room!)

4. Opened the door to our handicap accessible room (was never told that at the lobby desk), and walked into what I can only described as a former "crack house". This was without a doubt, the most disgusting room I had ever entered!! Formica counters that have had the edging ripped off and never replaced, holes in the bathroom wall were the hair dryer had been ripped out, bedding that stank, and while I can verify tbere were bed bugs, we found some veey tiny dead bugs on the bed!!

Needless to say we were HORRIFIED!! How could a hotel fall into.such disarray- only from a total lack of caring for your current a future guests. I will never book at another Extendes Stay after this experience. If you find yourself needing a room in this area of Brea, do yourself a favor - book at the Chase Suites directly next door - its more $$ per night, but it's like the diference between a pay-by-the hour hooker flophouse and the Ritz Carlton...you'll be glad you did, I know we were. We called the booking company (AGODA - They were great!! Total refund and 10% gift card from AGODA, no questions asked), canceled and moved next door to the Chase Suites after 5 minutes in the Dog Kennel known as the Extend Stay!

Extended Stay America Located at 13505 North Frwy Houston Texas was an all around great experience clean very nice and professional staff would definitely come back their me and my family thank you
