recently i bought a socket set listed in their online catalogue as a sealey 0914 but when it arrived it was marked siegen0914 on packaging and on tools,to make matters worse when i enquired about it i was told that siegen was sealey "just a cheaper make" like i should already know this,so i now have an inferior make of tools ,it will cost me money to return them and the person who i bought them for will think i'm cheap as not the sealey item they requested.there is no mention of siegen on the listing,believe me i have checked,so false blatant advertising,poor poor company

I needed to have the item I ordered changed and Express Tools facilitated this with generosity and went to the trouble of calling me on two or three occasions to update me. Great personal service. Will definitely come back.

First time customer and found all to go well. I chose Express tools for their price's being best I could find online for the Lyte 5 tread with tray steps I needed.
Had good contact from them through out.
My only gripe is when the steps got delivered they came with several delivery labels stuck on them which proved REALLY hard to remove resulting in scratching the steps a fair bit. Not really very well thought out.
Service was fine none the less.

I needed my ladders delivered quickly so rang the company as there was no option for express delivery on the online order form. A very helpful gentleman first checked stock then rang me back to confirm that they could offer next day delivery ( naturally at an extra cost). Ladders duly arrived next day - excellent product with excellent service.

I bought some steps which were good quality at an unbeatable price. Comms was generally good but I had no means of tracking the delivery and consequently I was out when the delivery man called. I had to ring the delivery firm to arrange another date.
