Useless amateurs
Sorry, but I will have to do this in English. Despite using the English version of their website and the fact that all our communication has been in English, I was sent a link to evaluate ExportPrive in French. Which by itself validates the title of this review. But wait, there's more.
I ordered a Silicone case for the Cowon J3 as well as a USB cable for it. The J3 uses a special cable, so I didn't have many options. I needed the items to get here (=Denmark) fast, so I opted for the costly air freight, meaning that the shipping cost as much as the items themselves. Fair enough, getting from Korea to Denmark in 3-5 days is going to cost me.
TEN days later I recieve a notice that my items have been shipped. When I got in touch with ExportPrivé to ask why the items I paid to have shipped to me in a maximum of 5 days had not even left the store after 10 days they told me that there had been a national holiday in Korea and everything had been shut down for a week. When asked directly, they admitted that it MIGHT had been a good idea to put this information on the website, as they deal in exports, there is a good chance that their customers will be OUTSIDE of Korea, thus oblivious to Korean national holidays.
15 days after ordering, the goods arrive. With the wrong cable. Instead of the original Cowon 30-pin cable I recieve a generic micro-usb cable. I immediately send an email to Exportprive, asking them to refund what I paid for the Cowon cable and the fast shipping, since I had gotten neither of these things.
Days go by before they reply, asking me for a picture of the cable. I send one to them immediately. After A WEEK they reply that they have sent me another cable. To which I instantly replied a firm "no thank you, just my money back, please". Haven't heard from them since.
