Absolutely horrendous experience with them. Had ordered a Simba mattress with an old mattress collection included. They came and said mattress could not be removed as they had no room in the van. They... See more

What’s the point in getting in touch all reply’s are nearly the same on here and there is nothing you would do but get an advisor to call and talk to me. I’m unsure if I would use this company again. I have always had a pleasant experience in the past with the company I’ve had a few things delivered in the past.
Stayed in all day today for them to collect a dishwasher that was not fit for purpose with two failures in two weeks. Tracked the crew all day as we moved later and later in the ETA slot. At 1730, when they were a mile away and we were next, they got further and further away and after 15 mins were obviously back at the depot. Tracker now reports "We were unable to successfully collect order"
That's because you didn't turn up!
In these days of tracking deliveries you have to do better than this. A whole Sunday wasted sat at home with loads I could be doing two weeks before Christmas!

Having re-arranged plans due to the failure to deliver, detailed in my last post, I ensured I was up early for a 7-12 delivery slot today (Saturday). At 08.17am Expert Logistics called to say that they will not be delivering today as they have lost the washing machine.
Expert Logistics advised that they have opened an inquiry, but no timeframe has been given for both the investigation and when we can expect to receive a washing machine.
It seems to be abundantly obvious that there is nothing ‘expert’ about this operation.
Booked a slot for cooker hood to be installed installer thought he knew everything when clearly he did not! He told me it wasn't a re-circulating cooker hood when it was and I had the carbon filters. Wasn't able to install as he wasn't a electrician who could install.
2nd time sent a electrician out but could not complete the installation of the cooker hood due to the company not supplying them with angle grinder which was needed to fit the hood. Furious is a understatement.

This is concerning a fridge freezer delivery. Ordered on Samsung website for delivery on a Monday a week and a half away. Samsung emailed telling us it was dispatched. Sunday expert logistics texted to say will be delivering the following day. Monday text late afternoon saying, sorry we will not be delivering. Contact your retailer. Back to Samsung. They have not a clue where it is and do not appear to be able to get the information from expert.
Summary:
Delivery failed.
Nobody knows where the fridge freezer is.
We might get a fridge freezer, we might not.
Next step refund from Samsung if they cannot sort this mess out. Remember your contract is with the retailer.

Was a bit worried reading the latest reviews on here but my stoves range cooker was installed without a hitch within the 4 hour time range I was given and the two guys were friendly and efficient.

I ordered a washing machine to arrive on Thursday 25th November so you would think it would arrive on that day as what I specified. Received the confirmation text the day before that my delivery will be arriving the next day.
Sat in all day Thursday, couldn’t get through to anyone Friday and finally arrived Saturday at 17:45. I paid to have the appliance fitted and the people come to deliver refused to fit because it was “not on their list to do”
Hang on its on my list and it needs to be fitted that is the service I paid for. They said they can refuse to recycle the machine as again it was not on their list. Luckily they did after some persuasion.
The customer service from start to finish has been terrible and why do AO use this awful company? I think they need to read the reviews on here.
Oh and to top it off the people that delivered the machine said it’s not our problem, write a review as we’ve got one other job to do before we go back to Bristol. So I’ve spent my Saturday night fitting in a washing machine that I paid to fit

As with many others - arranged to be home and ready for a delivery that never came.
Delivery between 14:40 and 18:40. Towards 6pm, update to delivery says it will now be between 6 - 8 and there are "5 deliveries before mine". Update to tracking system says 7 - 9, at which time of course your phone line is closed, so I can't contact anyone.
Updated to 8 - 10 - the driver is still on the way. At 9pm, system says cannot receive any further updates but "Don't worry though, your driver is still on the way!", which it still says now (I think it unlikely the driver is on their way...).
If you aren't able to deliver before 7pm, you should at least call (not rely on your tracking system), to offer explanation and re-schedule delivery. Rather than offer repeated guarantee of delivery late into the evening.

Terrible company,
Failed delivery 3 times, not one fault on my end. Have taken 3 days off work now to wait in and still nothing has turned up. First was sent to the wrong address and then the other 2 times the driver never showed.
Contacted and said would have to wait a further two weeks and won't be prioritised. It's a cooker as ours is broken and am getting concerned being unable to cook a basic meal as this company is taking near on a month to deliver the new one.

If I could give a minus star I would. Appalling service. I was given a five hour time slot for delivery. My time slot was 14:00 to 19:00 They called me 35 minutes after that time slot (not sure why they couldn't have rung me to say running late?!) to inform me that the person living at the address had not ordered a new machine. They were at the incorrect address. They then found the address and were just going to drop off the machine. It was meant to have been installed, as per my order. They were also meant to have removed the old machine, for which I had paid for. I was told that they had no instruction to remove the old machine. I think they need to look up the definition of EXPERT!! Atrocious!!

Absolutely appalling delivery service. 2 separate days holiday wasted waiting for deliveries that just don’t happen. Delivery 1 day set. text at 10.06 on morning of delivery to say “delay in transit”contact retailer. Fridge freezer lost !!!!!
Replacement arranged by retailer and 2nd delivery arranged. Text on morning of delivery giving slot. Followed tracking app all day waiting, until 18.45 when the app then said “unable to successfully deliver order. Current status failed”and no further instructions as to what happens next.
I do not have the heart or more days holidays to take to wait for another failed delivery. Thanks “Expert Logistics” for failing in your simple task of making a delivery…….twice !!!!!!!

Delivery of new fridge booked, received text on morning with tracking and time slot, Sat in all day item never arrived no answer from call centres as all shut. Reading other reviews it seems this is a regular occurrence and poor communication.

Appalling service. Driver got lost in spite of postcode and extra instructions on our location. he phoned to say he was lost, but...neither he or his co-worker could speak English. He abruptly hung up on me twice. We went to look for him, found him a few hundred yards away. Unable to install our dishwasher because of plumbing issue (not his fault) but then walked out of the house without further communication..just disappeared.. drove off. To be fair Expertlogistics were helpful when they contacted us later.

Had a range cooker delivery today the engineer would not fit because I didn't have a window for a purge ..this is a true fact .there is no window in kitchen .it does have a ventilator fan over the oven that works and is way over the 30 litres a min it complies to building regs vents to outside and draws fresh air from other rooms and as the required 10mm gap under the door ..the kitchen is mid house and the outside door and windows are a extension but looking at building regs the size of room leading to the out side door is in with in building regs requirements for floor area and opening including a 4 meters bi fold door 2 VELUX windows with closable vents ...all in explained to the very young engineer who I believe didn't have the knowledge to see that building regs would allow fitting of the stove even though a window wasn't in the kitchen and the extraction was more than enough ..very poor service and I'm guessing in house trained for gas fitting only and only in straight forward fits

Ordered a cooker with installation and recycling with Argos which was supposed to be delivered by these lot on 29/10/2021. Received an email and text the day before with tracking details and time slot which was booked for 1352-1752. My mum who is a diabetic didn’t use the oven to cook as they were coming during that time. By 1900 still no delivery, kept checking the tracker which is useless just kept saying item loaded. Argos not taking responsibility as they said I need to contact expert logistics, called no reply and still don’t know where my delivery is. Absolute shambles!!
UPDATE!!
Delivery still never turned up even Argos didn’t have a clue where the item was. Had to wait almost two weeks to get information stating the item arrived damaged so they never delivered it. Avoid them at all costs!!

This company today attempted to fit a new double oven into a space where an identical size unit was in a house 12 months old with modern electrics etc - so we thought it would be an easy job for "experts"...............
On arrival they dumped the new £1,000+ appliance unprotected on to the wet lawn at the front of our house.
No attempt to use any protective materials on our new kitchen worktops or tiled floor.
Struggled to remove the existing oven whilst cursing audibly.
Finally "installed" the new oven but not centralised within the unit to the point that one of the adjacent unit doors binds on the side of the oven.
The top 1/3 of the oven unit is also not flush with the unit.
Most concerning however is the electrical connection - the installer has left a large gap between the switch front plate and back box so an item (or someone's fingers) could easily touch a live electric terminal carrying 240 volts/30+ amps.
The switch is also now upside down.
That was this morning and as at 17:40 still waiting for a further call back.
Very upset as we were looking forward to our new oven and we are now left with a poor and dangerous installation.

On Friday 15 Oct, my integrated larder fridge arrived with a fitter from ExpertLogistics and from the very outset he clearly didn’t know what he was doing, after admitting he was a gas fitter and never fitted a fascia door to a fridge. The result was he damaged the fridge door and my floor and the fridge was taken away.
I subsequently spoke to ExpertLogistics reference the delivery and installation of a new fridge on 5 Nov.
Today 25 Oct I received a text stating that a fridge was being delivered today. I again called ExpertLogistics and explained that I had previously arranged a delivery for 5 Nov, where they informed that there was no delivery scheduled for that date but I would receive a fridge today(25/10) and one tomorrow(26/10), so two fridges!!!!
The contact stated that they would cancel both, however today’s delivery contacted me to state that they were en route.
I don’t hold out any hope that tomorrow’s delivery will not arrive.
I have never received any apology, the service at best is shambolic, this company seem to be totally in disarray, and are unable to organise deliveries, dates etc

Terrible (ongoing) experience with Expert Logistics:
- During original delivery of a new garden shed, they inexplicably propped it up against our washing line, damaging it in the process
The product delivered was incorrect, which I presume was probably not the fault of Expert Logistics. However, they have been unable to collect the incorrect item on two occasions:
- On the first "attempt", we were given a 7am to 7pm slot for collection. After making arrangements to be at home during these times, we received a message at 7am that morning saying that it would not take place.
No explanation was ever given for this other than "not loaded", and that there could be "numerous reasons" for this.
- Collection was rescheduled for a Friday, which again required making arrangements to be at home at that time. The customer services team specifically said that it would likely be late in the day to ensure that the driver had enough space in the vehicle for the collection.
At around 3pm, we received a call from the delivery driver stating that he was 25 minutes away and asking what item it was he was collecting (!). When he was informed that it was a shed, he gruffly stated that he didn't have room for it. No apology or explanation as to why he had no idea what he was supposed to be collecting. He then refused to respond to any further contact, despite delivery times supposedly being between 7am and 7pm.
We attempted to call customer services, and were stuck on hold for over half an hour before giving up. Customer services also did not respond to any emails during this time, despite it again being within working hours.
The service has been shambolic, with a huge amount of inconvenience and stress involved for what should be a straightforward process.
There are clearly fundamental issues with the customer services culture, where drivers seem to have no accountability and are able on a whim and without explanation/warning decide not to do the job they are supposed to be doing.
