It was super easy to use, I am coming from a startup world and this is my first time using softwares like this and Expensify was by far the most convenient.

Expensify is a great, reliable tool for corporate reimbursements for business trips and other expenses that can be covered by a company. It is very user-friendly and intuitive and it really helps with keeping all expense reports organized each month. The process from uploading invoices/receipts to completing and submitting an expense report to be approved by a manager/finance department is seamless and can be done in a matter of minutes.

We have been using it for submitting and tracking our office expenses. It was easy to navigate and use the features.

User-friendly, fast and efficient

This is the easiest and quickest way to get reimbursed for business expenses.
The app is very user friendly. I can easily take photos of expenses or use the mileage tracker to accurately calculate my mileage using GPS
I use the mobile app when I am traveling for work so I never miss a receipt like I used too. I also like the email option that scans the attached receipt from hotel stays or airplane tickets

I really like how immediate you can input your expenses in, especially the AI functionality. It saves me a ton of time.

Expensify is perfect for my needs, which primarily involve sending one big invoice per month (and receipts) to the company that I contract for full-time. I love the fact that multiple currencies are supported as well, since I live in France part-time. Great product that I’ve been using for years...

I have used a ton of expense systems in the past and Expensify is by far the easiest I have ever used, it takes away any headaches that comes with submitting lots of receipts during or after a trip. I highly recommend this system to any employer out there considering an expense system. It will easily increase compliance for submitting receipts in a timely manner.

One of the best platforms I've used for tracking expenses. I've had a lot of new users in my organization that have had problems setting up their accounts. Concierge has been invaluable to me and our board members when we've had problems.

Love the Expensify app. The OCR software automatically scans and reads all expenses and I'm also a heavy user of the email automation. It's helped me a great deal for my freelancing business to track expenses.

The app is fast and intuitive, and the auto scan of the receipts has been working very well so far.

I travel for work throughout the year and Expensify makes logging my mileage and expenses (meals etc) so easy! My employer receives my report and I’m reimbursed in no time flat directly into my bank account!

I once struggled so bad when it was time to submit expense info. Using Expensify has lessened the anxiety. The concierge adds a level of comfort that allows me to navigate the process with ease.

This tool is intuitive to use and clearly explains itself. Handling expenses is usually something you never have time for, but with Expensify it becomes a quick and effortless task. My company was using a different tool for a short period and we switched back to Expensify soon after we launched the new tool. 

Expensify is so easy to use and super functionally diverse. I love the staff and submitting every week with ease. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!
