This website is nothing but a broken, slow and money-sucking waste of time. Half the past papers and notes are either placeholders or dead links. User experience is terrible. Clicking basically anything yields painstakingly slow loading times that would drive even the most patient people on the planet insane. Attempting to cancel is useless. They send a false promise of a cancellation, where they then go and proceed to bill you again (Can't help but wonder if it is intentional). The website seems to have a beyond atrocious record for this. Other users report needing to call or email customer service for an actual cancellation to take place, something that would require more work on their end than implementing an actual functioning cancellation system. Despite doing the latter twice, nothing has been done and they haven't even bothered replying all whilst continuing to attempt billing me (I've removed all balance from the card) every 12 hours. Do not use this website unless you actively enjoy terrible user experience or want to go through hell to stop them from outright stealing from you. Literally any other GCSE, A-level or IB resource site on the internet is better than this sorry excuse of a scam.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! It is a SCAM! They don't allow you to login and cancel. They keep charging you and even will charge three times a month! Materials are all plagiarised from FREE websites! They pay for the GOOD REVIEWS. Please STAY AWAY.

This website has helped a lot with my upcoming Exam for providing so much educational resources.

I have been charged many times over the couse of using the website when i have tries to stop the charges they said they would stop it then cahrged me again

Stay away from this company and website for the following reasons:

1. Majority of material is freely available on other more reputable sites such as Maths Genie abd Corbett Maths (they have simply copied it and repackaged it poorly).

2. Upon unsubscribing they still charge you despite cancelling on the website and speaking to them over the phone over the past 2-3mths.

You are better off using the other websites or if looking for a subscription package, go for Save My Exams and Cognito.edu - much more reliable with better packages and definitely way more customer service.

They are in breach of copyright laws and exam regulations by uploading locked papers that should not be available on websites.

There is no option to subscribe and you cannot get through to the phone number on their website. I’ve left numerous messages to cancel my subscription as the site is missing a lot of resources even though the headings are there.

No support and no option to cancel so you will be subscribed for life it seems.

The website is not the best either at times seems like a cheap wordpress website.

I've E-mailed today to cancel as i have no other options. might have to take it up with the court.

There is no option to cancel the subscription once you signed up. You have to email them and hope someone answers to confirm subscription cancellation, which they only seem to do by phone and not by email. 2 days into the subscription, they finally cancelled this but in such a way that I automatically lost access to the entire account with immediate effect, even though I had paid for the entire month upfront. So now there is no refund for the remainder period of the month I had paid for and no access to the services to the end of the month either. They are also not picking up either my emails or phone calls. So absolute scam. Avoid at all costs.

I was unable to cancel my subscription as there is no unsubscribe or cancellation option anywhere on the website, despite it being a Stripe auto-renewal.

I am also concerned that the site appears to be selling access to restricted exam materials (e.g. IB 2025 papers), which raises serious questions about legitimacy. Overall, this has been a very worrying experience.
