Wow, so much better than changenow! Their exchange rate is better, the speed is faster and they have an email notification when using KYC, which makes it nice to audit your transaction without taking screenshots every screen. If you a good exhange rate, speed and reliability I recommended these guys. I was very happy!

Completely locked out of accessing my funds!
I do not recommend using this website for selling crypto. The only cash option is "Advanced Cash" which is a website that doesn't work in most countries - something I was NOT made aware of on this website in any way, shape or form. It doesn't even clearly state what "ADVCASH" is until the transfer is complete and they have sent the funds. Imagine my surprise when the website is blocked from the USA! I currently do not know how to access the money from the sale of my crypto and I am livid at this deception.
ETA: I have been contacted by the support team and they have graciously processed a full refund which has resolved my issue. They have also stated this issue has been forwarded on to be addressed.

Talking about the website, It's really easy to use, but I have a problem. Around 1 week ago I exchanged BTC to PayPal then they removed this feature, I tried messaging them 3 days ago but still didn't get a response. Please help me out if you can!

Good service, quick support
I have used Evonax a few times in the past for crypto to crypto exchanges and it can't be beat as far as speed goes. I had an issue back when they offered crypto to PayPal exchanges and though there was a communication snafu in the beginning, they remedied the situation in record time. Hats off to Evonax

Evonax is legit, fee so high!
Evonax is legit, I have exchanged my cryptos using their platform for 4 times and they have never cheated me!
You see I give an average rating to evonax is because the fee is TOO HIGH! 10%? Combined with the paypal and bitcoin network fee, I get a total of 18% fee! This is unacceptable!
Apart from the fee, everything is fine! Inter-crypto exchange takes around 1 hour to complete, while crypto to paypal takes 18-30 hours to complete.

Service was quick, and easy to use however, evonax calculated the incorrect exchange rate for my bitcoin to USD (paypal) conversion , giving me below what my actual value was. Before you use please make sure the exchange rate on the website is listed correctly, or you will be underpayed for your coin conversion.

Everything worked quickly and flawlessly!
I had a lot of Doge stockpiled from the times before it was worth anything. It sat fallow for over a year until the Doge price skyrocketed by 2000%! I had never learned about the mechanics of the exchanges and I was nervous but after going over the site and checking with Trustpilot, I sent my 17,700 to their address. In less than 10 minutes, my bitcoin wallet alerted me of an incoming transaction for $1100 in Btc! All of my apprehension was for nothing because these guys are above board.
The only criticism that I have is that I wish they were more up front about their fees. Without doing the numbers it looks like it was approximately 10%, which is fine I just wish they published that info.
Overall great experience!
