Poor communication and customer service. I contacted a housing association about their shared ownership homes. They advised that I would need to go through a financial assessment with Evolve Financial Solutions. Evolve asked for my availability, so I sent them a list of times I would be available...and they called me during a period I was not available.

After I spoke to them, they said I'd receive an email asking me to upload some documents. That email never came. Several days passed and I emailed them to ask some questions. They replied with, "We have requested documents for you to upload onto the portal and still not received these". That was a rather rude reply considering they had never sent me the email necessary to create the account needed to upload them to the portal.

I had a fantastic experience with evolve. Specially to chris tanner and his team. For helping me and my wife for our mortgage. They are very professional and very helpful in every step of the process on buying our dream family house. I would definitely highly recommend evolve

Me and my partner had a rocky start to the process purchasing through shared ownership. The process took much longer than expected and hit lots of hurdles however Bradley Rumbellow was outstanding , organised and professional. We could not recommend Bradley enough for securing a mortgage for me and my family .
