Conversation started off a bit sarcastic and impolite. Representative helped navigate adding my extension without being kicked out the system. At the rep said I would get a month free services for the fax and added secure call recording. My call could have better. None the less one of my goals was accomplished.

Not the most helpful company I have…

Not the most helpful company I have dealt with when you think of phone companies for your business. I have called about 3-5 times and I got 1 person that was pretty helpful. However, he cleared one problem but then we got another problem. I had my after hours and weekend voicmail done. I just needed the hold music. Now, I got the hold music but now my regular voicemail runs with my afterhours voicemail..it is quite frustrating. I just need it done the right way. Otherwise, I will have to find another company.
