This is the worst medical company in Europe
This is, without exaggeration, the worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. The level of care is shockingly poor, and the staff come across as unprofessional, dismissive, and at times outright careless.
For over a week I tried to get in touch — endless calls, waiting 20, 30, even 40 minutes on hold, only to be cut off or never get through to the right person. There is no proper email contact, just a pointless online form that generates “no-reply” messages. For a hospital, this is absolutely unacceptable. When people are dealing with medical issues, delays and silence are not just frustrating — they’re dangerous.
And when I finally did manage to interact with staff, the experience was no better. The quality of the actual medical work was frankly terrible: rushed consultations, little to no explanation of treatment, and a general sense that no one cared about accuracy or follow-up. Questions were brushed off, mistakes were made in paperwork, and there was zero continuity of care. The feeling is that patients are treated as numbers to be processed, not people whose health and lives depend on competent attention.
Hospitals are supposed to be places of trust, professionalism, and safety. Instead, this one leaves patients anxious, angry, and worse off than when they arrived. The combination of unprofessional staff, disorganized systems, and substandard medical care makes this an institution I would warn anyone against relying on.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
