Bought a car from Audi, which included standard installation for a choice of one of 2 Ohme products at my home. Had to call Ohme 3 times to find out status of the installation but this was due to how quickly the car was available and ready for delivery (1.5 weeks from order to delivery) and the comms between Audi and Ohme not quite being in sync. Getting through to Ohme was no trouble, each call left me with more information. On the 3rd call, I was provided a link to kick start the online survey, which was quite involved and took about 30minutes. I received a confirmation text the following afternoon that the survey had been accepted as a standard install and that I would get a call from a supplier to fit the Ohme Pod I’d chosen.
The call from EV Heroes as the supplier came a day later and we agreed an installation date, this was easy and straight forward.
On the day of install, the 2 x gents arrived early within the time window. They were neat and tidy with the fitting, respectful and really efficient, it took about 2 hours to complete, but the install was fuss free and everything explained in terms of the Ohme app setup and how to use. Really pleased at how the installation came together from start to end with multiple companies involved, ending with EV Heroes completing a hassle free install.

We had our charger fitted today by Gareth - he arrived on time and fitted it promptly- area tidied afterwards - showed me how to install the app and instructed how we use the app and charger - checked the connections with the vehicle - thank you Gareth definitely an asset to the company and I would definitely recommend your work.

The Installer, Shaun, arrived early but rang me in advance to check this was ok. He did a great job - the charger looks fab with no visible wires outside and very neatly wired to the new fuse box in the garage. He was professional and friendly…and patient with me, the technophobe! Would highly recommend.

Gareth Arrived on time , very professional greeted with a handshake ,always telling me what he was doing and asking where I wanted the unit and offered advice .. would totally recommend Gareth and his company to all 👍

He is a very polite and friendly person and let me know what he was doing throughout the installation of my EV charger. He cleaned up after himself and showed me how to work the charger.
A very very nice young man, a credit to his firm.

Shaun recently fitted the charger at the house, expalined what he needed to do, and access, got straight on with it, no fuss, did a great job, very neat and tidied up any mess.
He explained thoroughly how to use the charge point and how the app worked.

Charlie came and fitted our EV charger recently and did a great job, very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us set the app up ready for use. Can’t fault the service and communication of EV Hero’s. Staff are polite and helpful and Charlie was very helpful providing us with all the information we required and more. Thanks guys 👌👍

Shaun the engineer was brilliant at his job. Nothing was too much trouble. He installed my EV charger without fuss and even cleaned up after himself. He then went on to fully explain how to use it. An absolute credit to EV Heroes.

Very neat tidy job done by Conor installing our electric vehicle charger. Weather was appalling but he got on with the installation and we are very pleased with it and the service provided. Would highly recommend.
