Matt came on Wednesday 29th to fit my charger. He arrived on time with everything he needed to do the job.
He was polite, well mannered and actually listened to me, which is always a bonus.
He placed the charger exactly where I wanted it with no arguments or complaints.
When the job was finished he tidied up after himself.
I have not received my car yet so I could not get a demonstration but Matt said that when I do receive it to contact him and he would come back and do the demonstration for me then.
I would recommend Matt and EV Heroes to anyone who needs a car charging point fitted.

Great installation by Matt, I would highly recommend. Great communication and assistance from Paul in the office too.

Conor knocked it out the park with the install. Took a fresh look on arrival and came up with a solution that has left literally zero visual impact on the house, couldn't be happier.

I had a WaEV charger fitted this morning by EV Heroes, this was within a week of my order and their installer Matt was great. Matt did a great job and tidied up after himself and assisted me in getting the app set up.

The process from start to finish was very easy and someone (Rachel) was always at the end of the phone to help with any enquiries and she looked after us through the whole process.

I would suggest that if as in our case, your install isn't looking straight forward that EV Heroes offer a service to send out their own engineer to assess as they are the professionals and can gauge what is required as we had a bit of to and fro regarding the way we could have ours fitted and wired.

We initially had a date booked before Christmas and a sub contractor was used who didn't turn out at all helpful. I was put off by this and genuinely thought... Oh no. In the end the install didn't happen that day but I thought I'd give the helpful Rachel a call.

She was great and after I'd asked for one of their own engineers to attend this was arranged and booked in for early January.

Kyle messaged me with an ETA that morning which was a great start. He then turned up and was very professional. I showed him where everything was and Kyle decided that the install could be a much simpler affair and put his skills to work by doing some tests on our existing electric supply to our garage resulting in significantly less work and costs on both sides.

Throughout the morning he explained everything that was going on, from our supply to safety to the set up of our charger and app and ensured everything was tidied up and working properly before leaving. He was brilliant. An absolute credit to EV Heroes. He even followed up on a Saturday asking if everything was ok and working properly. Superb service.

Once this was done, we were forwarded the remaining invoice. I had a query with the change to the works needed which was reflected in the invoice. Rachel explained the changes and handled the payment. Very easy to get hold of again and would recommend.

The only reason I can't give 5 stars is due to the subcontractor and how it would have been easier throughout if one of their engineers had popped in and assessed prior.

I already have a home charger, but wouldn’t consider using these guys if I needed a replacement

Driving at nearly 50 in a 30 limit through our village rings a lot of alarm bells.

Kyle was really good he helped us download the app on both our phones and what to do.we haven't got our car yet not till about march/April.

The electrician Kyle, from ev heroes that fitted my home charger was extremely efficient. He arrived on time despite the bad weather. He took time deciding which would be the best route for the cable and did an excellent job and was very helpful discussing all the aspects of completing the works required.
At the end of the installation he explained the operation of the charger and also the App that can be downloaded.
He was very personable, and a clean and tidy worker and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My experience with Evheros can only be described as exemplary, from the very start to the finish.

The ladies, (especially Maddison) in the Call Centre were crystal clear with all of the information that I needed to help me decide if I wanted to proceed with an installation and of course,if I wanted Evheros to do the work.
The installer (Josh) was booked for an early installation on 19th Dec 24. He arrived 'bang on time' and did the job with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. We discussed and easily agreed the best location for the box and the way the cable would feed from the electricity hub. No stopping for tea or coffee. Josh had more customers to sort. He completed the job within the time-frame he had suggested and after checking everything was working, he was gone.

Mostly I don't post any review on Trustpilot because I don't make time. I rarely post bad reviews. Those are just a waste of my time.

On this occasion I am happy to recommend Evheros to whoever is reading this. They certainly exceeded my expectations and (as those who know me will agree) that's not the easiest thing to do!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I initially contacted EV heroes in June 2024, they conducted a site survey at a cost of £90 which was quite frankly worthless. I agreed an install date of late October and they realised that the survey they'd done was useless and didn't install the charger. We agreed another date and they completely messed that up to, incompetent doesn't come close. They left the job half finished and in with holes in walls left open to the rain etc...which I fixed myself. We agreed another date, this time they tried wiring the cables to the mgt company electric....I told them no. That was in early December and I'm still waiting for them to complete the I stall. Steer clear of this inept company. I've honestly never experienced a company that is so utterly inept. Honestly, would any of you people reading this wait 2 months (and more) to have a chargepoint installed.?

Engineer was knowledgeable and friendly - got on with the job quickly and explained all to me - perfect experience. 10/10

Can’t praise Kyle highly enough. Friendly and personable from the outset. Gave lots of advice and help throughout the fitting, even going back to base to collect a more appropriate charger! Clean and tidy job. Well done 👍

Conor and Sean both came to install my new Ohme car charger today. They installed it to a very high standard and were very professional throughout. They also explained the charger/app in detail which was very helpful.

Great job done by Connor👍👍From the initial contact through to Connor even setting mine and my wife’s phones up to the ohme app and making sure everything was working properly. A great company to deal with and would recommend highly.

Great service from Josh. The job he originally came to do needed to be changed slightly and he was great, despite some glitches and needing to go and get different parts. He didn't make a fuss about it just carried on and kept me informed the whole way through. Friendly guy really helpful

Kyle from EV Heroes did a fantastic job of fitting our Hypervolt Home Pro 3. From onset he was engaging, explaining the installation process and seeking clarification from me as to where the charger was to be mounted and where cabling would run. I did express concern about the small consumer unit that was to be fitted, which he took on board and sourced another more suitable one without hesitation.

Post installation, he assisted in connecting the charger to the WiFi and then ran through the charger functions, which was a great help

All in all, a very professional job which which neat and tidy, and to my satisfaction.
