Staff are incredibly helpful and there to help when needed and if they don’t know something they will point you in the right direction to someone who knows the answer or will go find out for you.
The pool and changing rooms are clean and kept tidy. There are plenty of of lockers to put belongings.
There are plenty of sessions through the day for all the family wether that be younger or older ranging from swimming lessons to aqua aerobics and inflatable sessions.

Haven’t used the pool in a few years & I Tried to download the app, but wasn't very successful. So, rung up and spoke to a lovely lady who explained she would help me when I visited the next day … and she did. Everything now sorted .
I’ve only visited 3 times so far, but thoroughly enjoy it . The pool is Always clean , with plenty of available lockers . Just wish there were stools like I remember there to be near the hairdryers. I’m waiting for a knee operation & standing for too long to dry my hair can be uncomfortable.
The opportunity to look online & see when I would like to go is a great help .
Hope to continue going even after my knee op .

I attend the swimming pool in Taunton twice weekly for aqua aerobics sessions. I now find the whole experience enriching. The cubicles and floor areas are now clean and cared for, all lockers have keys, and the open showers have plenty of hot water. Disabled swimmers are attended to with what appears to be minimum fuss. The sessions are very active, fun and leave me feeling energised and happy.

Booked for the inflatable at Taunton Pool but when we arrived and got in the pool it was float fun. Website clearly stated inflatable but receipt said float. Very disappointing.
I will say the lifeguard I spoke to was delightful and knowledgeable (young lad with a mullet hair cut) and apologised. He gets the two stars!

I haven’t swum for 4 weeks. I swam 3 times so far this week the water was colder on my 3rd visit which obviously makes it harder work and not as enjoyable.
Quiet pool which made my visits productive and good for my mental health!

Excellent 33mtr swimming pool + sauna and steam. Sauna +steam could do with a little tlc . However, always in good working order.Good changing facilities for all. Pool is always clean. Easy online booking and a public car park situated directly onside.

This is the worse cancellation process I have seen, I had registered swimming for my kids two days ago but their dad said it was too far from home and no parking space either, been trying to cancel my membership and get my full refund back under their 14 days money back and nothing has been positive. No email address and they will only ask you to fill an enquiry form on their website but wouldn’t respond to it all… cancellation is always very easy but with this people it’s a nightmare. Pls run away cos incase you have a reason to cancel. You can’t even contact them on a phone, it was easy to get my acct details and take the money out but to get my money now, you guys are making it very difficult. I had just contacted citizen advice and I will also escalate to Trading Standards as this is very unfair and made you guys look like a scam.

The pool itself is a great size for doing lengths, but could be cleaner. Toilets could be cleaner. My main concern was the temperature of the shower water, which was boiling hot and almost scalding. I would strongly suggest someone looks at this as a matter of urgency as currently the showers are unusable at that temperature.

The staff are always very friendly and the facilities are basically in good condition, though I would recommend testing the shower temperature before standing under it!

Good pool, friendly atmosphere. shame pool is not cleaned enough, green algae, debris and clumps of hair at bottom of deep end. I stated all of this in my review to Everyone Active so really surprised they asked me to review on Trust pilot.

First and last time I do anything with this company. Couldn't find a price anywhere for Aqua Aerobics, so booked a session to see how much then cancelled immediately, didn't complete the registration and no bank details entered.
Only correspondence I've had to date is to try and charge me for the cancelled session. Disgusting.
I'm amazed they have any customers if this is what they call service!

Booked an aqua fit class and then booked a lane swim after. Pool is a great temp and really nice being longer at 33m. Lanes did get busy but there was plenty of room for everyone. Changing facilities were good as well with large cubicles and nice showers. The lane swim price was a third cheaper than what I normally pay in pools in North Devon so it was exceptionally good value! Wish I lived closer so could use it more regularly😔

If you swim lengths, the longer pool is always the better, so Taunton Pool at 33m makes it one of the longest public pools in the area, and the pool width also allows for swim lanes to be very wide, enough for easy overtaking (sometimes 4 abreast!), without clouting fellow slower paced swimmers, unlike narrow lane pools such as Yeovil, Chard, Crewkerne and Axminster. Tauntons booking lane system ensures no lane gets overcrowded, max 15 swimmers per lane, which all makes for an enjoyable swim whether you plod along or steam ahead.

Opening times suit me.
Large lockers available, although many of the keys are broken so the lockers are not usable.
Staff pleasant & helpful.
Other users at this time pleasant & cooperative over lane swimming.
Good hair dryer facilities.

It’s easy to book and no major issues are noted so far apart from the cost for an hours session is expensive.

It day and if relaxing people with me relax me right relax me void her and I fell straight to sleep
