My jewellery pieces were absolutely beautiful and very well done, I had a long wait due to stock issues but the company were amazing kept me informed at all times and even gave me a complimentary item as an apology for having to wait so long and I was priority once stock came in was brilliant service all round

Beautiful teddy
Beautiful teddy, I’ve put ashes in the back of my bear. I lost my husband 5 July 2025 and the bear is a real comfort. Lots of cuddles really well made would definitely recommend this bear 🐻 beautiful 💖🩵

Amazing customer service and support
Originally ordered a ring and due to some issues with it had it switched over to a pendant they also let me keep the ring which is nice, all the team were very lovely and helpful and handled it with real care and sincerity especially Ellie who took charge of making sure it was smooth sailing and the pendant is absolutely stunning.

Lovely rings
We had 4 rings made with my Mum's ashes, 3 ladies rings in silver and one gent's ring in gold. They are all beautiful and everyone is very happy. The gold ring took a bit longer than expected but it was worth it.
