Ordered a iPhone 16 pro case and screen…
Ordered a iPhone 16 pro case and screen protectors and the order came with the correct screen protectors and an iPhone 13 case I then checked the invoice which said the order was iPhone 15 case and screen protectors so there was something wrong with there systems I have emailed them and they have said my order was correct and sent me another invoice of which has changed to the one I looked at on the day I got the delivery so basically I am a liar and read the invoice wrong

Not smooth sailing but emerged in sunny weather
I have given a full description of my experience, with this company,I have had small problems, a quick run down
1st order
1.damaged goods. Could have happened under transport who knows. Replaced by company after an E-mail talk with customer service but sent to the wrong pakkeshop than the one requested.
2nd order
Short said they sent it to the wrong pakkeshop again. I have taken a little responsibility in this, but there was other reasons as to why this irritated me on the day I went to collect. But this was explained in an email to customer service,who after proof of my accusations, could see something was wrong at their end. A written apology and a small discount from my order as a plaster on sore. They deserve a 4* because for me it hasn't been without problems but the response from customer service has, in my dealings, been fast, courteous and in the end I have been satisfied with both my purchases, except the last order, which I thought looked better than the picture on the site. So I will, use them again (🙏 for no problems) They delivered as promised,even the replacement came the day after I was told it was being replaced.so if you,the one that is bored enough to read this far,I say give them a try.
