Can I give more than 5 stars?

It is safe to say Matt & Joe are some of the most legit, knowledgeable & respected people in the online marketing space. I have listened to every podcast episode they have done (hustle & flowchart podcast), I am a member of their online community & have purchased many of their products as well as a few things they recommend. If it wasn't for these guys my business would still be struggling. Pay no attention to the lower star reviews, some people just have no idea. Thanks for everything guys, keep doing what you are doing.

Hi Karen Hanover (and others who might see this),

It's unfortunate that this situation needed to happen. After purchasing our training, Perpetual Audience Growth, Karen decided that she needed to do a chargeback with her bank to refund the funds she invested.

After seeing a notification of this chargeback, I (Joe Fier), immediately emailed Karen to ask why and if there's a way to help her out (she never emailed or messaged us in any form prior to this point).

Here is my first email to her and her reply (it started very nice): https://cl.ly/2b46b4f2ca71 & https://cl.ly/7d5df3f52aac

As you can see here, Karen meant no harm to our business, so I thought we were looking good!

I informed her of our refund policy. Typically we don't offer refunds (because it's simple to steal any digital products and we offer one-on-one time & guidance to each customer), but because she said she has no more time to spend on this, we immediately gave her a full refund.

After asking Karen to remove the chargeback request and asking for proof that she's done so (protocol from any bank), she began blowing up at me in email and yelling that we are wasting her time and she should have left the dispute. See here: https://cl.ly/e2310b689ac5

That is the full story as to why Karen posted this review.

So long story short: Please don't take Karen's comment at face value. Unfortunately, some customers forget that there is a business and real people on the other side of a computer who have been in business for 12 years and genuinely want to help people.

This is the only communication we've ever had with her, we offered all the support she allowed us to give, and still, we were met with "they will treat you like a dog and ban you" sentiments. Ugh.

We hope you all the best Karen.

To anyone who would love to see who are true characters are (both myself and my partner Matt Wolfe), feel free to listen to any one of our podcasts at Hustle & Flowchart (it's who we actually are).

And feel free to email me directly if you want to ask anything specific... I'll make time for you: joe [at] evergreenprofits.com

Thank you for reading this far :-)

Snake oil salespeople, who regurgitate other people's products with affiliate links. They will spam you to death.

Hi Simon - This is a very interesting comment. Would you mind sharing who's products we've regurgitated products and how we've spammed you? We've been in this business for over 10 years, have almost thousands of testimonials of extremely happy free subscribers and paid customers. We've helped our subscribers, clients, and ourselves generate over $100 million dollars. They're pretty excited about the businesses they've built and grown. Have you put into action anything you've learned from us or do you just create excuses for yourself?

I'd love to hear more of your insight to back this up, because this is news to us! If it's something that we see is wrong, we're extremely quick to adjust things for the better. But without any details, we can't do that. Please feel free to email me at joe [at] evergreenprofits.com directly. We've got nothing to hide :-)
