In the dictionary of Everbuying.net there is no word like 'Customer Service'. Absolutely no communication on anything, like availability, order status, dispatch status etc. Even after placement of order there is absolutely no communication confirming the order. WORST--------- online shopping i have ever seen. I am sure that i will not be going for any online shopping with Everbuying.net for 2nd time.
Please correct your approach which is not at all as per market requirement i.e; what a customer needs.

Bought a lot of times, the site Everbuying.net, always everything goes well, nor any fakes or b / y. Buying is always protected by Paypal. Both turned out to be genuine goods.
Delivery to Kiev (Ukraine) takes 3-4 weeks.
The store have good price and bonus system. Often there are discounts and promotions.
This is one of the stores that I often use.

same story 2nd time. bought few things in one order, so they make you believe that your order is fine, that all is shipped out etc, but when you finaly after month get your package you see that some items are missing, but there is not even single message from them that they cant send out all of your items that you can choose other product or something. basically you have to wait just 1 month, then find out that items are missing, then contact them like i did 2nd time already and ask them where is my items. then they after few days answer in support ticket that we are so sorry about this etc etc and that item was not in stock or something. they dont care about buyers at all. please dont choose everbuying they dont care about their customers. just google for better stores. dont believe their review stars they send you in their messages to you that if you will give them 5star review they will give you bonus points so basically all these 5 star reviews are fake. i have bought from them more than 20 items but in almost each case there is a problem after problem with them. and here is my second the same problem.
ive ordered 3 items in one order 815 4.3 Inch Touch-screen Useful GPS Navigator, Accurate CRF-2105 2000g/ 0.1g and 1000g/ 0.05g Dual Range 6Digits Touch Screen Digital Electronic Scale, 16GB 6-in-1 Ballpoint Pen Shaped Design U Disk with Ballpoint Pen/Laser/Money Detector Pen/Flashlight and its all in one order shouldve come come all togheter, but ive received only pen.where is gps and digital scale? ive checked tracking number and it shows that shipment sent successfully. so you see even tracking webpage shows that all shipped successfully and if you will not contact them they will never message you about that they cant deliver items to you.

Ordered lithium-ion battery fo my ecig. At payment has applied EB points, has paid for 4 battery $11.37. And it with delivery! Where still it is possible to buy qualitative lithium-ion battery under such price? With the order it is very happy, I wait one more parcel. I recommend shop.

"SCAM and FRAUD?

We have ordered at 6/14/2015 a Phone (Leagoo Lead 7 - US$ 130) the Phone arrived really fast after 8 days.
The Phone was a Gift, one and a half week later we gifted it and it got unpacked and get tried to switch on, it switch on to switch right off again and dont worked anymore or charge.
So we open a Ticket about the broken phone and we got 3 options what can happen now, we decided to resend a phone BUT we need to pay the Shipping what is US$ 63. This would be similar what we have paid to send the Phone back to Everbuying and get then the Phone replaced, so anyway we need pay a shipping.

We have open the ticket on !!! 7/15 !!! then it took another month with writing back and forth with Everbuying till we got an Invoice on our Paypal to pay it or/and receive the Email with the Invoice, the Person we wrote in the Ticket System told us every day there is a problem with their Email and Invoice System. Even in this time we called there a several times and never reached someone, just a Machine where we left our information.

8/6 we finally received the Invoice and the Payment Request in Paypal, so we paid straight away.
Then 6 days again no answer in the Ticket System from EB about a Shipping Information or any answer.

8/12 finally we received a Tracking Number with the Info it could take a few days till the status is visiable.

8/16 No shipping information in the Tracking System, so we opened a new ticket, cause the old one got closed already. We complained about that we cant see any information about the package.

8/18 We received an answer, that the shipping number is correct, even if we dont see any information and the shipping could take 10 to 25 days.

8/23 we wrote another message that there is still no shipping or tracking information is available.
This answer we got: "The present location of the package has not yet been updated on the courier’s website for some reason. Please kindly contact your local post office or Customs office to enquire about the parcel location. Meanwhile, we will check with the courier company for an update. Once we hear from them, we will email you with any news."

So we contacted USPS and UPS (first time it was UPS this time it is for sure EMS Partner so USPS)
Both Companies dont know the tracking number, don't had any information about a package in the past to us.

So we even contacted the local Post Office, and guess what, no information about the Package available.

So we walked a step ahead and made contact with Singapore Post who is the Shipping Company, we got the Information that the Shipping Number is registered but no Package to the Number exist. This information we shared with Everbuying in the System !!! 8/25 !!!

8/26 we received this message :"Thank you so much for your recent order with us.



We would like to express our sincere apology regarding this issue and are extremely sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Would you please wait another week? I have informed my colleague to check with the courier.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused.
Thank you so much for your continued patience and kind understanding.
Best Regards"

Since this time no answer anymore to our questions on
8/29 - if the colleague has received any information
9/1 - we wrote now that we want a new phone this week and it is not our problem when the package or so got lost or never shipped, we paid US$130 the frist time and US$ 63 for shipping the replacement and this is now all a 2 1/2 month long process and till now no phone.

On the message from 9/1 no answer, we offered EB to send a new phone this week with UPS or DHL and should send us right away a provable shipping number OR we will open a dispute on Paypal for both Payments and request our payments back.

All in All really disappointing especially because the Phone was a Gift and the person is really sad and disappointed. "

Till today 9/3 we have no answer or a solution, our messages and tickets dont even have been read till now.

I have boght from everbuying clothes, accesoriess, Phone accesories, bags and jewelry. I have shopped several times during the last couple of years and been very satisfied.
The customer services has been helpfull when i have had guestions.
I have used the cheapest shipping when it usually takes couple of weeks to month.

my experience with you has been excellent. I bought good quality items at very low prices. I saved a lot of money to buy from you, and it's always worth waiting shipments and opened with great excitement.

I didn't receive my items ordered. I asked for information about status of shipping and the answer is that the items will be shipped as soon as possible, after 10 day of waiting and that they are still waiting for some items, hot sale items are sold out quick etc. And when they are finally ready to ship my items I will have to count on 10-25 business days for the items to be shipped. Wow, go figure that!!! So I would be waiting for almost 2 months before I see the items I ordered and payed for?
The company it self that received my payment seems to be established in Russia and when I tried to contact them by phone, the phone number and country code came up as invalid. I also wrote to customer service of the supplier (not a company name or anything but just HASSAN)
IT IS A SCAM!!! But hey we have to protect their personal information so ......

Everbuying is my favorite On-line shop. It has pretty good assortiment and very good prices. It has worldwide free delivery. Of course that means longer delivery time (if you want, you can pay for faster delivery), but they can surprise you with faster delivery. About payment methods: They accept Paypal, that's very important to me. Web pages load fast. I love their loyalty programme with EB points Definitely it's an incentive to come back.

My first contact with the Everbuying site was through Facebook! I checked the prices and thought I should give it a try, since I found some very useful and in very reasonable price products! I was directed to EverBuying by a link on a daily sale site. I ordered 2 items. A quad copter and Bluetooth car stereo adapter. Both items were shipped for free. I couldn't find lower prices on either product. The whole transaction was painless. Everbuying kept me updated with shipping status and they even sent my pictures of the actually product being shipped. ( An actual human took the picture). That was a nice touch to show my actual items. Shipping was as advertised. I think it was 2 weeks total delivery time. The items I received were great quality and work fine. The quad copter has survived a couple good crashes! Overall I would recommend them and will do business again!

i have bought over 50 items from there site and only had 2 problems

i have bought an mp5 player from there site but when i took photos with it would only show half the photo so i messaged them telling them my problem and they where happy to send me out another one for $2 or refund me $8 also it was an easy fix as the camera was just slight off center

and i once bought an mp3 player but they sent me the wrong color it was blue but not the same color blue as they listed on there site so i got a refund and was able to keep the mp3 too :)
