Ordered my ulefone and waited nearly 3 months for a final answers
absolutely unacceptable and truly rude. They tried to drag it out and werent complying, But I got a 100% refund through paypal.

Order an item, has been waiting for 2 month, after that they marked item as shipped, I paid for DHL shipment which is 3-7 business days, after 2 weeks I went to DHL and they told me that they didn't even receive an item, by the tracking number it was mentioned that: "Shipment information received" so they don't send me anything. When I'm chatting with support that keep telling me to wait. They just trying to pospond a case.

Be careful do not buy emu thing from this froud!

These guys are shonky to the max and their warranty and service stinks. I bought a drone from their site that never got off the ground, and their refusal to replace it will ensure I never buy from them again. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

I bought one electronic item from them. I was not quite happy with the product and I wrote the review on their website and I gave it only 3 star which is to me average, not very happy, they never publish my review.
I wrote to them asking to see if they blocked my review. they denied it. however, they never published my review. so do not be surprise when you see their customers' reviews are only 4 or 5 stars. never 1 star. Chinese people still need to learn to be honest. they are not like Amazon or Walmart where you can trust the customers' reviews on those sites.

I purchased an Onda Tablet in January which arrived not working. I returned it at my own expence. They received it and refused to give me my refund. I had to start a complaint with Paypal in May to get a partial refund. DON'T touch these people.

My first experience with everbuying was good received the items . But recently I bought a 5 inch Mpie phone from them using my wallet and EB points. It took a week before it was shipped out which was Feb 19 2016 . I tried tracking and it said the number was wrong. Got a tracking number from Everbuying and was told to track from directlinktractplus. I did so and was told it was in flight to country of origin . Finally the last tracking March 12 2016 said local mail tracking. Now they say it was lost in the mail but is that their fault or the shippers they use no its mine for not getting insurance. Do they stand behind their products no do they make the sellers or shipping companies no. They wanted me to send another $22 USD to send another phone out to me . I said no either ship me one free or refund my money to pay pal and you have lost a customer. the clowns are only refunding part of it $30 USD and my EB points. They said after it goes in my wallet they will refund pay pal. It is hit or miss with everbuying if your product arrives great but if it doesn't and things can happen don't expect them to do the right thing. I believe my phone was either never shipped out or it was stolen on the way. If shopping on line use Amazon they stand behind their products and make their sellers and shippers do the same.

Bought article. Got after 6 weeks a refund. Article out of stock said Everbuying. But it was still at their site. You could buy it at a price almost twice as before. Site not yet right updated said Everbuying. But now after two month it is still the same. You can buy the article for a much higher price. So not out of stock. Still at the site. They don't deliver. Have written six tickets. After 3 tickets no answer anymore. H.B.

I bought an Item from them paid on Jan/10 and never received the package I communicate through ticketing system and addressed the issue they responded that "you have to wait for 45 business day" so I waited 55 business days more than they asked ....then I complained that i haven't received my package yet they said sorry but we can resend you the item which will take 45 business day to be delivered .
poor service.
