I bought several stuff over EverBuying and so far and I am more than satisfied with their shipping times and quality of their products.
I bought a Kingzone Z1 smartphone and some other stuff.
Shipping times on the website were accurate related to the real time.
I would definetely use them again to buy things.

the phone was sold in promotion and I have not found better price on other sites.
I wrote immediately to to customer assistance asking about delivery forecast. (The phone was in preorder). The responses were always on time and fast (within 24 H). They have proposed an additional discount for late delivery (fault of the manufacturer not of the seller)). The item came on 3 working days (DHL)
Very friendly and helpful, always asking if they can fix any other problems.
I made a second order and buy other products soon.

These guys make your life much easier... they answered all my questions, I found everything I was looking for within a few moments, I found detailed descriptions for all the products I was interested for.... They were very polite, straightforward and all products were delivered in a perfect condition within a few days!!!!

I placed a few orders and got never anything shipped in time, and they always tell they ship with DHL or UPS but they never did. when u ask why u get his standart text.

Usually we ship the expedited shipping order by DHL, except in the following cases:

- Your local place is not covered by the DHL service.
- Your country does not accept individual express shipments by DHL.
- The import tax is very high to ship by DHL.
- There is a high likelihood that the parcel will be detained by the Customs if it is sent using DHL, such as Portugal.

and then the parcel comes in maybe 10 - 15 days not in max 7 what i paid for, never again

I placed teo orders there, the result in booth the same, they charge for express, tell all is in stock, in reality it needs over 5 days to process the orders even when all is marked as 24h shipping, and then they use some strange courier what never delivers anything in time and not as written on the site UPS or DHL. Emails they answer only sometimes but never as promissed in 24h. So never again!

I have ordered from this site a few times now. The shipping can take a while, but it is worth to wait as it is free shipping and the great product. All the items that I got work great and in a very cheap price. Very happy to deal with the company.

buy three years ago on this site, I never had problems.
the goods were delivered on time. sales team to meet customers very well.
I live in Brazil all my orders have been delivered.
recommend the site to shop. the price of the product s is good and excellent service team.

On an order of 75 USD I ended up having to pay an extra 30 USD for custom expenses. I was not informed of this, had I known I wouldn't have made the order.

I have made 2 orders so far. Everything came in good condition and work very well, I do not have any problem wit the items that I got. fast shipping, received on time. Nice package. And the items are in a very cheap price. Will buy more on the site.

I wish I'd seen this site before I ordered with everybuying.

I purchased a "tough waterproof mobile phone" value about €55. It took five weeks to arrive. Then as I was screwing the battery cover down as per instructions, the screw sheared, leaving it useless.

I contacted everbuying and they asked for photographic proof. The only problem being the camera was built into their faulty phone!

I then asked for a refund. They offered me 80% refund. I refused and they agreed 100% refund so long as I print the returns documents they sent and mail it to then using standard international mail. This customer service process took a further one month!

So I re-packed and mailed the phone back to them with the documents requested (at a cost of a further 12€ to myself) and waited and waited and 8 weeks later I had still heard nothing.

I had actually given up by this point but thought "what the hell" and raised another customer service enquiry with them and about 10 days later the cost of the phone was credited back to my card.

Having read some of the other comments on here I guess I am lucky only to have lost the 12€ for the return postage of faulty goods.

Be warned.

Smartphone set fire charging after few weeks everbuy will not refund judt offer 20 usd, I spent 68 british pounds. They are awful bewareive feel mugged and raped all at once. They did not even ask if I was om in a house with two kids twins aged three, with a fire. I want refund not 20 us dollars ...I ve been robbed...very poor cust service. They said-------

After 3 months nothing arrived, but they resent a replacement promptly. Good seller.

Do not buy from these people. Their customer service is the worst. The tablet I bought did not work. They asked me to send it back to them. The cost was more then the declaired value. Their inability to come up with a reasonable solution finally made me give up.

I have ordered product474373 and it arrived by normal mail after 4 weeks GREAT!... Only problem. The dial of the watch is a printed one, a dummy. Nothing works. Sounds like a good joke. Don't spend your money here, except when you are looking for a surprise in your mailbox.

"Worst experience ever!!!

I ordered a mobile phone 7 days ago and nothing was happening.At the order status was saying "processing". No email no nothing.So i started to search on the website and found a link saying "[Send / View Message] RMA application" and i clicked it. I found a message sayng that the item is out of stock and they would give me some bonus points etc.I found this link by luck because another link in the account that says "My messages" i had no message.

The funny part is that they still selling the item on the site!!!
Anyway i email them constantly for two days now but they just don't answer.The message that i initialy found has dissapeared magically!!!

After 10 days i continue to email them for a refund but no answer!

I opened a case in paypal few days ago and they still haven't responded!!!
Stay away!!!"

I got a response to my emails.Seems the items I ordered were shipped.The problem was taken care of,and now seems to be solved.

How long does the delivery to New Zealand usually take from this site, it been 20 days since i ordered a cell phone and it hasn't arrived yet. Can it be traced?

I DON´T RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE!

I placed an order the November 11 of 6 products. Today is December 9 (1 MONTH LATER)

All products appeared like available, my surprise was receiving an email a week later telling me that they didn´t had the items and they will send the products in different shipments according there available. After sending 5 of the 6 products, to this day, a month after ordering the item they still do not have this last product, I want to emphasize that although they didn´t had the item they take my momey.
The technical service told me a week ago that they will send it asap since it has available and today they asks me to wait because is still out of sock, so I am left without a gift for my father because these people are not serious.
Today they ask me if I want to wait for the product and didnt give me any solution!

Hice un pedido el 11 de noviembre de 6 productos. Hoy es 9 de diciembre (un mes mas tarde)

Todos los productos aparecían como disponibles, mi sorpresa fue recibir un email una semana después diciéndome que me iban a mandar los productos en diferentes envíos según estuvieran disponibles. Tras enviarme 5 de los 6 productos, al día de hoy, un mes después de hacer el pedido aun no tienen este ultimo producto que quiero recalcar que ya me han cobrado aunque no lo tuvieran.
El servicio técnico me dijo hace una semana que iban a mandar ya que lo tenían disponible ,hoy me piden perdón y que me espere, así que yo me quedo sin un regalo para mi padre porque esta gente no es seria.
Hoy mismo me preguntan si quiero esperar el producto y no me dan ninguna solución!
