Very rude delivery driver (Craig) who was not helpful at all and shook his head when we said we wanted to check the delivery (which the company advises you to do before delivery or you are unable to return damaged items once accepted!).

Damaging and Dangerous
At about 8:00 this morning on Friday 2nd August a very large white lorry with the logo EV Cargo left a trail of destruction when it passed through Burton Village in Cheshire England. Tree branches littered the road for miles, some of them large enough to damage other vehicles, as this vehicle pushed through narrow lanes for which was entirely unsuitable. I contacted the company a week ago but they haven't bothered to respond.

Very poor company. They don’t know how to talk to people and they don’t communicate. Especially the drivers are so rude and unhelpful. Damaged my delivery.

AVOID there communication is none existent and they soon hound you when they need payment. They never answer their phones and take ages to reply to emails!
