I had a warning light on after the service, a collision warning light which they tried to rectify, but computer couldn't gain access, so I'll see if it goes off after a drive in vehicle.

One Star - Avoid This Dealership at All Costs

Absolutely appalling experience with Ford Burnley. Since purchasing a vehicle from them in December, we’ve had four separate issues with the car. Instead of receiving help or support, we’ve been met with non-existent customer service throughout.

Each time, we’ve had to chase endlessly for any updates or resolutions, often being left weeks without communication and hundreds of pounds out of pocket while we waited for promised reimbursements. To make matters worse, our latest issue – which should reasonably be expected to be covered – is now being dismissed entirely, with a £1400 repair bill and no warranty support.

We even went through the effort of submitting a formal written complaint, which has been completely ignored. The entire experience has been stressful, distressing, and deeply frustrating.

This dealership has shown a complete lack of care, responsibility, or professionalism. I would strongly urge anyone to think twice before buying from Ford Burnley.

Took my vehicle here for its first MOT the car was all complete until doing so considering only me and the dealership had been in or near my vehicle I noticed about a week or so after the MOT that the rear window passenger switch had been taken ! I rang Ford about this and basically was talked to like I was a kid and was told we have only done an MOT we have not been in the vehicle surely this is wrong surely the seat belts etc have to be checked as part of any MOT, I have made complaint and it is like smacking your head against a brick wall, who ever took that switch must of known what they was doing and also that this is time consuming ( looked it up on youtube ) regardless of making complaint etc Ford will not accept responsibility which I did expect but I know it was taken whilst my vehicle was with them ! Last time I ever go to Ford for anything and surely would NOT recommend these

Took my vehicle here to the main dealer I got my car from for its first MOT all seemed ok until noticing that the rear window switch had been taken no one apart from me or Ford has been near or in this vehicle but despite every effort to get this resolved nothing has become of it so it’s a case of me paying to get this done and I am sure I will never go near this dealership again, it is not the first time that I have had problems with Ford here I used to have a fiesta and on it’s service the oil filler cap had been left off this was a while ago now but that cost me to get cleaned up etc infact I was told I was lucky it did not fire but when I rang the dealership all I got was oh fetch it up we will clean it etc etc I did a satisfaction on my current vehicle because I never thought for a moment that the switch or anything would have gone but it has it’s not something you look for on a return from an MOT but Ford are basically making me into a liar ! Never again will I go there and in future if need be I will go to a different Ford dealership until such a time I change my vehicle and it sure won’t be a Ford

I recently sold my car at Evans Halshaw and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, the process was great. Bruno was incredibly kind and patient, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. To be honest the whole team was lovely including Ryan and the other two gentlemen who names I did not get.

In comparison to other dealerships in the area, my experience here was far superior. The professionalism and genuine care from the staff truly set them apart. I highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their car. Thank you for making this process so seamless and pleasant!

The service at Evans Halshaw Burnley was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The MOT was completed by early afternoon as promised.

Work undertaken in a timely manner, kept informed of the progress, standard of work good.

Friendly staff and all round excellent service. Had several Ford vehicles and only problem has been a tyre valve.
My only gripe is electric vehicles as I don't want to be forced into this government agenda.

I would have given 5 stars based on my first visit to Burnley Evans Halshaw. Drove the vehicle myself and no pressure. Very friendly. However once the garage had my order, calls were not returned, promised work on the vehicle wasnt carried out, there was no clear communication about collection until the night before and no warranty documentation was received despite my asking for it. Pre-sales great, post-sales v poor.

The service which was done on my vehicle a short time ago, they didn't do 1 or 2 things. Popped back in to have them sorted and the lady at the desk was superb! Helpful and efficient, ad-blu sorted and a fob battery replaced quickly. Thank you!
